If I can give them a negative star. I would. Had some dental work done recently. Whoever does the insurance didnt do their part to make sure I had enough coverage for this procedure. As a result I ended up with almost a 1560 dollar bill behind this.

There is nothing like professional medical staff that care deeply about their patients and their work. This is an incredible example of how a system CAN work efficiently and safely for all. Obviously current on medical advancements as well as seen in the implementation of techniques and equipment. Ive been a patient for about 3 years now, and I highly recommend them for your dental care. Im actually terrified of some dental work and theyve seen me through it patiently. I love how they talk to you as they are working explaining what they are going to be doing each step of the way.

We were patients of the prior dentist before Legacy Dental Group took over as new owners. We were determined to be willing to leave if the new owners didnt measure up to our previous dentists excellent work. I want you all to know that the current staff is excellent and they are courteous, efficient, good natured and on top of their clients needs. Great place

For years Ive avoided regular dental visits because of previous experiences. When I mentioned this to a friend of mine she told me she had the same issue, until she found Legacy Dental Group (recommended by another of her friends). I decided to give them a try and Im so glad I did - by far this was the best dental visit Ive ever had. The staff was very nice but more importantly to me I practically didnt even feel when they were doing my cleaning. The hygienist had such a gentle touch it was incredible - Ive already told several other people about my experience and recommend to anyone who has issues with going to the dentist to give Legacy Dental Group a call.

One will not find a better dental care provider in the Kitsap County area. The first noticeable thing is their facility is modern and well maintained. Parking is excellent. To compliment the superb facility is staff who are friendly, highly motivated and very skilled. I believe one wont find a better equipped dental facility anywhere. Staff members are well trained and empowered to provide excellent dental care. They are not only a business in the community but they are a part of the community. They truly care about providing the best professional dental care and they care enough about the community that they hold drives to collect much needed items for the less fortunate. There are not enough positive things to say about Legacy. The mundane stuff: Central location, great parking, clean facilities. The initial look: warm greeting, competent staff, always attentive and friendly. The important stuff: Everyone here is solicitous and determined to ensure that your visit is relaxed and as pain and discomfort free as possible. I broke a tooth and went in for a crown. Didnt feel the numbing shot, didnt experience any discomfort, got the crown and was in an out in less than 2 hours. After the childhood trauma of dentistry in the 50s Im always apprehensive, but not here.

I appreciate the professional and friendly staff. They accommodate your personal needs and work with your schedule. I have been pleased with all treatments received.

Our family has been going here for years! Never had a bad experience. Debbie is our favorite Dental Hygienist so we request her every time! She remembers whats going on in our lives and has become a distant friend of sorts that we see every 6 months for our cleanings.

This place is amazing! The staff is wonderful, the billing is straight forward and insurance coverage and limitations are explained in a way that is understandable to normal people. They are very transparent in their processes, explain what they want to do to your teeth and why, and they go out of their way to accommodate your schedule. I have a difficult time getting away from work for appointments so they did a 5 hour session to get my work done. The best part was that the staff was a joy to be around and they genuinely seem to care about what they are doing. I will recommend them to every I know.

I have been going to this office for over 35 years -- I moved out of state, went to a couple highly recommended dentists whose work fell far short of Legacys quality. Part of my deciding factor in moving back to the area was that I would once again receive excellent dental care. On top of the quality work - the staff is top notch. Let’s be clear... I am never comfortable in a dentist’s chair with lots of “implements of destruction” nearby. That being said, Dr. Iannielli and the Legacy Dental team have made it their priority to ensure that I receive highly professional treatment and courteous, respectful service during my visits. Fully attentive to any concerns I have with my dental health, all are professionals in their manner and in their delivery of quality healthcare, whether front desk crew, dental hygienist or doctor.

Had my implant done yesterday and oh boy that was painless. There will be more appointments and Im looking forward to getting all the work done. The staff were so nice. I had my first appointment yesterday with Brittney and Dr. Berens and it went great! Brittney and I got along great and Dr.Berens provided a great experience to top it off. They are both very professional and sweet. It really shows how much they care. Dr.Berens even showed me the pictures of my teeth confirming my suspicions. Im so happy I finally got in the chair!

Started out great until it came time for the x-rays the dental assistant had to take a total of about 22 pictures then tore up my mouth. She had to have taken about 70 pictures and after my mouth was bleeding. Then my following appointment I went in for my cleaning and the tool that is used to suck up saliva popped off and sprayed my saliva all over my neck and chest. Then afterwards I was told the lady that deals with the financial part would call me and I never received a phone call and I will never return due to these awful experiences!

I came to Legacy with a severe tooth problem. Their team evaluated me, and developed a plan with me to get my mouth back on track. The head of their team even took on my case without me asking, to make sure I had the best outcome. Everyone there is highly skilled, and regularly trained.My quality of life, and my health are much better because I was treated there. If you can be treated there, you should go. You wont be sorry.

I have to be honest. I dont like visiting the dentists office but when I do these folks at Legacy make me feel relaxed from the moment Im greeted by the reception staff and seen by the techs and assistants and the doctors, without compromising a great evaluation, treatment and service! Im in there and out in no time.

I grew up in a dental office. Literally, my mom was a hygienists and my brother and I spent our days after school doing our home work and running around outside while she finished out her work day. As a result I got extensive free dental work at an early age. I had deeply discounted braces, free preventative sealants on all my grooved and pitted back teeth to prevent cavities, discounted wisdom teeth removal, discounted dental surgery to move a snagel tooth into position, and of course, I got free regular cleanings every 6 months. My mother made sure to instill a healthy respect for my teeth and taught me to develop a fastidious dental routine. In short, I have lots of imperfections, but my teeth are pretty perfect thanks to my mom. Then I grew up joined the Navy for 4 years, and then became an overseas contractor working all over the world for another 4 years. I continued with my fastidious twice a day cleanings and flossing and made a point to always get a cleaning and check up whenever I could, but I was always at the mercy of some random dental person who had no report with me. It was my experience in almost all of those random encounters that the hygienists did quick sloppy cleanings on me and the doctors brushed me off because I had a healthy mouth. In fact I cracked several of the sealants on my mouth and they went for years ignored by a multitude of lazy dentists and hygienists all across the united states.The squeaky wheel gets the oil right? and I wasnt squeaking.... Well, all those sloppy encounters back fired on me. When I quit contracting overseas I went and visited my parents for two weeks to catch up. During that time I scheduled a dental appointment with my moms old dental office. The same two doctors I grew up with owned the practice. When I went in they took expert care of me, and found that I had SIX early slow forming cavities under all of my busted sealants that had gone ignored for years. They cleaned me up and gave me new sealants. I was in the chair for a long time and at the time I had no dental coverage because I had just finished out my last job. Luckily the doctor was gracious enough to give me all the dental work at 75% off because she had been a surrogate mother to me while I was growing up and our families are very close, but she told me as I left Now that you are settling down, wherever you settle, you must find a good dental practice. I worked too hard on you to have my work destroyed. When I moved to Washington state I tried Legacy dental and got lucky on my first pick! I have now been going there over a year and a half. I have seen 3 different hygienists there and everyone of them has given me a thorough 45 minute cleaning and checked every nook and cranny for tooth decay. On my most recent visit the hygienists noted that I had slightly chipped one of my sealants. She said If you dont mind waiting another 5 minutes I would really like to touch up this chipped sealant, it would be a shame for someone with such a beautiful mouth to get a cavity from a chipped sealant when all it would take is a 5 minute touch up. I thanked her profusely for recognizing that a lot of work and money has gone into my mouth and had her complete the touch up. I left entirely satisfied. I feel safe now. I feel like I finally found a high caliber dental clinic that is going to help me maintain the THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars in FREE dental work I was so generously gifted as a youth. If you want a sloppy dentists who is going to only attend to you when you are in the dire straits there are plenty out there, but it WILL cost you BIG BUCKS in the long run. I suggest a place like Legacy that exercises preventative care. Please learn from my mistakes.

My family has been going here since Dr. Dance was on site. Even though Dr. Dance is gone, many of the old staff remains. The new staff members are friendly and caring and fit in well with the old timers. My wife and I would recommend this dental group to anyone seeking good dental care.

Disorganized. I went once and had a perfectly nice experience and liked the dentist who worked with me, and he told me I didnt need any fillings. Then I got a phone call the next day that I did need fillings - I asked them to double-check, and they said no - I dont need fillings. Then I got another call a week later about scheduling my fillings - again corrected. Then got a letter in the mail from my insurance saying the fillings were approved. WHAT WAS GOING ON? So I called again and asked, and was told theyd check - and again, no fillings. Ok....So then 7 months later, having no discussions since this, I get a text about an appt next week that I dont remember making. I call back thinking it was the optometrist who Id scheduled an appt with 2 weeks ago for the same date (my bad for not realizing this I guess, just a coincidence of dates), and was condescended for this mistake by the person calling. I ask about any other night/weekend appointments and was bluntly told no they dont do that. So yeah, Im done with this place. They have some great staff but if you have any anxiety about the dentist like I do, its not worth it.

Christina is the best dental hygienist! Even though it had been 4 years since my last dentist visit, she was gentle and thorough! No pain or irritation unlike some visits to get a cleaning. Christina is hilarious too, kept me laughing the entire time.

Let me start off by first explaining how much I typically hate trips to the dentist. I have had nothing but terrible experiences since I was a child.I entered Legacy Dental with apprehension, and it was immediately squashed by Kim the receptionist. She welcomed me with the most sincere smile and willingness to help, putting me a little more at ease with having to get my teeth worked on.Soon after I met Kim, I was introduced to a plethora of other amazing people at Legacy. There wasn’t one person in that place that didn’t have a smile on their face and an aura of helpfulness and empathy.It was the first time that I’d ever been to the dentist and wanted to come back.After the initial consult, I discovered I had to get a tooth pulled. Not fun.This is when I discovered the real value at Legacy Dental.The procedure went perfect. The anesthesiologist hit the right spots apparently, because I felt almost nothing (ok and the nitrous helped a little haha). Dr. Ianelli (sorry for butchering that name if I did 😂) was very informative and comforting as well, cracking the occasional joke to ease the scenario. Super rad guy and really good at what he does.Overall, if I could give this place a higher rating than what’s allowed, I would. THAT’S how great my experience was.Cheers to everyone at Legacy Dental, I’ll be seeing y’all again soon :)

I had Dr. Burson for my dentist my whole life. ..childhood until age 28. I practically considered him family and he treated his patients as his also. I was a little nervous having new dentists who didnt know anything about me. After two visits and a very nerve wracking cavity fill I can confidently say dr. Burson had his patients interest at heart because LEGACY ROCKS!! they are extremely kind and caring. The dentist who filled my cavities called the next day to check on my well being....A+. I would definately recommend LEGACY to anyone looking to join a new dentistry family. (And request cheryl for dental hygienist ...shes the best!!)
