This was my first hearing test, so I really didnt know what to expect. Every step was explained to me in detail. I was treated with the upmost respect.and felt very comfortable. I was glad that she told me what were my results and made sure that I understood .

I went to my appointment today, not only was Ms Gold knowledgeable about the products, but she was very sensitive to my personal needs. It appeared their testing equipment was quality and I felt she did a very thorough job helping me select just the right hearing aids for my needs! These scumbags started sending me hearing aid packages to my address 1 month after my Mom died. Attempted to discuss it with the phone center and they said they wouldnt do anything about it and hung up on me. Seriously.
