Great experience coming here for lab work. The staff at the check-in desk were friendly and helpful and worked to get everyones needs taken care of ASAP. I only waited a few minutes total to be called back for the blood draw, despite 3-4 people being ahead of me.You know how they sometimes say youll just feel a little pinch before drawing blood - and then its never just a little pinch? Well, the woman who drew my blood didnt say that, but it really WAS a little pinch. Practically painless, and very fast. Definitely would come here again for lab work.

Seriously every location is always an hour behind. The staff and providers are incompetent. Do not see Craig Hielmam. He was dismissive of my concerns and my questions and just redirected me to a specialist without talking through my issues. Do not see Sara Gradisar. She was over two hours late and let me know she consistently runs late. She needed two attempts to place an IUD and I have to come back to have it removed. Currently have been waiting an hour and 45 mins to see another provider. Poor time management and terrible care has consistently been my experience. If you can go to another health care system, save yourself the trouble of wasting time and money here. I tried to give them more chances but no matter the department or provider, my experience has been more hurtful than helpful at Metro.
