I’ve called THREE TIMES to refill my prescription but couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I left a voicemail each time I called and still haven’t got a call back. Now I’m going to have a lapse in my meds for a few days! Either someone’s not doing their job or there’s just a general lack in sense of urgency for patients. Are you kidding me? This is unacceptable and I’ll be taking my prescriptions to a more reliable pharmacy.
Their sense of urgency is not as important to them as it is to you. Things have sort of been one-sided where I have to reach out and do all the calling. They never call me back. Ever. Im the one who has to do all the follow-up. Im not crazy about that at all. If theyre going to call back, they need to do that. Ive used other pharmacies in northern California, and they were very customer oriented. This has been a disappointment.
In tha past 6 months this place has put my fathers health in jeopardy. I keep giving them chances but Im going to have to change pharmacies. I dont think they want our business
