He cut a growth off my lower eyelid on my first visit. He said: When, do you want to have that removed? I said: How about right now? He told the assistant to ready the needed tools: tray, towels, anesthetic, scalpel, etc., and he took it off, painlessly. This was about 16 years ago, and he got it all, it never came back, and my eyelid shows no evidence of it- at all. Excellent work, as good as I could hope for. 5 stars
Dads been going there for decades. I finally started going about 10 years ago myself. I recommend making an appointment
I had very bad experience by visiting this office, First all the doctor is good doctor. It’s his staff work for the office are very rude and unprofessional. When I make an appointment a while ago I knew I was busy so I didn’t take the appointment card . I just put in my phone reminder in front of office scheduler to remind me I have an appointment this afternoon by 2:00pm, when I got the office it’s 2’oclock , I signed arriving time and my appointment time both by 2pm; then I paid my copayment wait for my turn to see my eye doctor. After a while I saw all the people come after me get in the office ; I started asking the receptionist when is my turn, she told me my appointment is on 3:30pm , I was upset so the girl asked her manager to talk to me, she insists I made mistakes and never apologize for it, I decided to leave, and she made comments about how I assault her doctor or she will write a letter to my insurance and my premier doctor , to change my eye doctor. My point is when I sit that office to wait for my turn I heard the receptionist call all kind of patients to remind them next week’s appointment, how come nobody remind me last week. Second when I signed my arrival and appointment time by 2 nobody told me I am 1 hour 30 minutes early for the appointment. Plus the office manager she act like some sort of god, she raises her voice tell me if you want to see her doctor you wait ; if you don’t go someplace else!
One thing, the eye glass person could have more customer service.
