Avoid this testing site. Poorly managed. Appointments are useless because you still have to wait in line with walk-ins. No instructions on testing site. Very very slow moving line. I waited for an hour for an appointment at 11 AM and finally gave up because it would take about another 2 hours before being tested. Increases your exposure to covid while waiting in line with people that are coughing or not wearing their masks properly.

Came here after missing my appointment somewhere else and it had closed and needed testing. Found this place and saw the reviews and expected the wait. I did wait a while with no appointment (which I expected) I did the registration while I waited and when I got called up I was helped and out in 15min. Test results were fast, didnt realize they did rapid which I liked. I went on a Monday night around 6pm. Still waiting on PCR results which I understand takes a few days. The place I normally go to closer to home (which was closed Sunday/Monday) says results in 2-3 days but I always get it in less than 12hrs, so these results feel like forever which is fine.Workers were nice and to the point and had 2 lines (1 for appointments and 1 for w.o)

Waited over an hour regardless of our appointments. It’s now day 8 with NO PCR RESULTS. Tested on 8/3 (negative antigen on the spot). Retested 4 days later at CVS and tested positive. Still waiting on my PCR test from this place so I know if I’m still contagious or not. They don’t return calls, check voicemail or respond to emails. GO TO CVS OR WALGREENS INSTEAD. It’s worth the wait (a couple days) for the appointment. CALL ME WITH MY RESULTS, MEDIVOLVE, IF YOU SEE THIS!!!

I’ve had to come here multiple times for testing and some of my employees have come here as well. They are always polite and get us tested as quickly as possible. Hopefully I won’t have to come back here very much anymore!

I dont understand the hate here. Made an appointment this morning, pulled up, walked up, filled out a little paperwork, got swabbed, got my results. Everyone was polite and nice, and it was all done quickly. Fastest and easiest way Ive gotten a COVID test.

Go somewhere else. Made an appointment and arrived on time to find a line of people whose appointments were after mine (by several hours) being served in line before us. Ran out of the rapid same day test and didn’t inform the line of 20 people until they had already run out. Offered to call us back when they received a new shipment but would not state whether we had to rewait in line for another hour upon our second arrival. The rapid same day test is the only reason people would choose this testing site and their lack of organization and communication wasted a bunch of sick peoples’ time. Not worth the time or the money.

I was in and out of this place in 15 minutes! And I signed up for an appointment in line. Super helpful lady greeting the cars, and handling questions I had. And I got my results back within 2 days! (PCR test).

This place is the WORST. Do not waste your time here. They don’t take walk ins until 5pm but making an appointment is pointless. I got tested after waiting 2 HOURS after my scheduled appointment. Also, they say online they open at 10am but testing didn’t begin until 10:30.

They do not follow appointment timeline, need to wait long hours irrespective of the appointment.The test does not get done in 10 minutes, each patient takes more than 20 mins for testing. Their service is very slow and they do not take walk ins on some days as their system is down.

My appointment was at 7:50 am and I arrived early to fill out paper work. I was in and out in about 20 minutes! The ladies working were polite

Do not waste your time. They had a 90 minute wait mostly because the employees were not ready to open at 9:00 when they should have been. The line was terrible and the results were not even given in paper form. Dont waste your time. They also do not take kaiser insurance.

This place is the worst. They claim Power was out. Went back twice, as employee there said to comeback after getting turned away.I understand your job is difficult, but dont take it out on us. We dont want to be there either!!!!

Horrible Waited 2 hours I was in line with horrible body pains in risking everyone around me, because once tested I got positive results. Do not recommend

This place was terrible. They were 90 minutes past my appointment time on 12/3 to get my rapid test that I had an appt for. They did not provide proof of my results and have no way of getting ahold of them. The whole operation seems like a shady scam preying on people who need to get covid testing completed.I would not go back here. Go to Dr. Kaw in Brea instead.

Covid test costs $99.99. Got there at opening and only three other people were waiting, but estimated wait time was still 1 hour for some reason. Inefficient and expensive.

So unorganized, there are no signs that indicate walk-ins/appointments. The people who were working there came off as rude. Only reason I stayed was because I needed my results asap, but please go somewhere else the people here gave me a hard time.

Book an appointment before you walk in. They posted false information, and I called today before walking in and told them I’ll be there before 7, no one told me I have to make an appointment. Very bad experience.

That’s an hour I’ll never get back and didn’t even get tested!

They do not take Cigna. Also appointments are totally useless. Was not able to get tested.

Why advertise no appointment needed, walk ins welcomed ?When infact thats the furthest from the truth. Snotty receptionist with an attitude.

Walk-up testing only after 5 pm!! Horrible! And they dont take Kaiser :(
