Numerous phone calls reqd to even set up an appt! Not easy to work with. Took a week to get to that point then was told they dont have open mri.

Not a good experience. Too many calls were necessary to make an appointment. Have to go twice because they will not do the two MRIs my doctor ordered at the same time. Very inconvenient. Picked this location because it was close to my house but convenience is not always a good thing.

I had my MRI yesterday and had an excellent experience. Employees were super nice and made me feel ver comfortable.

This is my 3rd visit to this facility for an MRI. In my experience, this is the only MRI place I will go to. I am claustraphobic and the first time they had an Open MRI; however, I was still offered a cool cloth on my eyes, a music collection was offered as well as a fan for extra air. the experience was phenominal. they were very accomoddating, friendly and excell in customer service. The facility no longer has an Open MRI, but I received the same great friendly and accomodating customer service. I now request this facility if an MRI is needed for myself or family members.
