So professional! They care about each patient. They carefully and completely answer all of your questions. For the first time in my life, people tell me I have beautiful skin. That is no accident at 59 years of age!

Visit/Consultation with the doctor was not a problem she was great, very informative and straight to the truth. I made the appointment online for my daughter to be seen about a mark on her leg. When we went in for the appointment I asked how much the office visit would be and the receptionist said between $150 to $200 (with a 20%) depending on what you are being seen for. Of course we proceeded with the appointment because I knew they would charge some sort of office visit fee. We were seen by the doctor, No treatment or anything done, it was just a consultation and was charged $300 for the visit with 20% discount which still exceeded the price that they had told me ahead of time ($240). I don’t think office visit prices should fluctuate like that, there needs to be a set price for first time office visits, not patient to patient, if you are a cash payer or using insurance. I’m pretty upset because I had to pay more than what I was expecting and quoted. If I knew it was going to be $240-$300 I probably will not have continued with the visit because it was just a consultation. I was Ok with up to $200 which is still a lot. It may not sound like much but for me it was.

The person that gives the pricing was upset because I did not want to go into detail about my skin issues with her and I requested if I could just go over it with the doctor. She was visibly upset and slammed the door when she walked out. I have no idea if I was given appropriate pricing for my procedure because she just wrote things out with no pricing guide. As I look online I see it could be much cheaper than what she quoted me. All other staff were professional.

Dr Uddin and her assistant Sara were very thorough, andListened to my concerns about my melasma,skin tags, and milia. I was pleased with the recommended treatment, and the quotes for each treatment. The costs were reasonable and much less than other places I have gone to.

Dr. Uddin is amazing. Everyone there is very nice. I took my son for severe acne and in only couple of months his face is clear. Dr. Uddin is very knowledgeable and is great with kids. I can’t thank her enough I’m so glad I decided to go there. Can’t thank her enough she gave my son back his confidence.

I love Dr. Uddin! She was so patient and listened to my concerns. She did a great job coming up with a plan for me! The only downfall I saw was that during checkout you have no privacy and everybody in the lobby can hear what services you obtained and how much you paid...

They fit me into their schedule on the day that I called for an appointment. Dr. Uddin was responsive to all of my skin concerns and recommended well-studied products that she uses herself. She worked with the medication and products I currently use to create a personalized treatment plan.

The office is beautiful and very clean. All the staff i met were very polite and professional. I was taken in right on time, which is great, but not a deal breaker for me. Things happen in an office, Stat add-ons, poor diagnosis on a patient who needs to be comforted, complicated surgical procedure.If your not in the medical field, its hard to know about this issues.Dr Uddin was very pleasant and answered all my questions. She was easy to talk to as well. I was afraid to come here because of previous reviews I’ve seen about their customer service. However, doctor Sabrina was very sweet and took her time to explain things well. She knew what she was talking about. I was left with a good impression and will likely return. Everything is very clean and very organized and I enjoyed my overall experience.

Awesome service! Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Uddin was very informative. I have been dealing with recurrent eczema flare-ups on my hands for a few months and was immediately given a diagnosis, along with samples to help moisturize my skin. They were also happy to work with me to help keep costs manageable since I lost my insurance in May. Excellent place for any sort of medical dermatology needs. :)

From beginning to end, each person who assisted me was pleasant, I could feel the smile through the mask, and, my visit wasn’t long at all even though I had a small skin removal. Dr. Uddin was so nice and she explained everything really well, from the type of acne I had, to the different prescriptions and treatments she was going to prescribe me. Dr Cobos took the time to listen to my particular medical history and how it relates to the female hair loss I have been experiencing. So now we have an action plan, and I will see her in 4 months.

Dr. Cobos was extremely thorough. Her pleasant demeanor and cheerful staff was a breath of fresh air in this tense climate. She explained in detail the process and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a dermatologist.

Im prone to little spider veins on my face, and Ive had them zapped by this facility in the past. Since theyve merged with another company theyre requiring that you have a consultation prior to rendering any service, and theyre requiring a $75 fee to look at my spider vein and say, yup, you need the v beam laser. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else that isnt trying to charge unnecessary fees.

Didnt even help. Literally made me pay 75$ just to tell me she cant help me. Then tried to refer me to her anaheim office. Honestly just go to TOTAL dermatology they offered me help told me what to use and gave me quotes on there treatments (vbeam 2200) for 3 treatments there while there trying to up charge me 1500 a piece for 4 treatments. Hands down one of the biggest waste of money and time I have ever spent. But I will say they are taking there precautions for covid-19 so 2 stars for that.

Worst and most unprofessional appt Ive ever had. I had a concern about a mole or sun spot on my back. Dr Cobos immediately told me its cosmetic and never even looked at my back. How can you as a professional, make an assumption, much less a qualified diagnoses, without an exam? I should have left when I got to the waiting room and was asked for my credit card to be kept on file, prior to even being seen. This I refused and rightly so. As a nurse this office gets a huge F and is not only unprofessional, as well as unethical.👀👎

I went to CSI for the first time today to see about getting a new skin care regimen for my skin. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Sara and Dr. Uddin were extremely helpful is setting up a program of skin care that will benefit my skin while limiting wrinkles and damage from the sun. I can’t wait to get started!

Im honestly did not have a good experience. I was desperate to see a dermatologist bc I had a rash on my face and I had to wait 3 months to see st.judes dermatologist. I went to Dr.Cobos for this butterfly type of rash. She saw me for about 5min. along with two of there assistants. I paid her officer 285.00.She said she didnot what it was and to come back for another appointment and thats all. I clearly upset but had no words of encouragement. Maybe I expect too much.

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Cobos listened to my wants and delivered exactly what I asked for. This is my second experience with Dr. Cobos and I will continue to see her. I trust her 100%!
