I used to LOVE this place. I bragged about Zara and got many people to start coming here. My last few visits have been unacceptable. I understand business is booming now that the shut down has lifted but the quality of service has gone down tremendously. My tech is not rude just terribly rushed to get to the next person. Im embarrassed at how my nails have turned out my last 2 visits. I thought maybe they were just having an off day but now that I just returned for a fill and had the same terrible rushed service I have decided I will not be returning. I pay a lot of money for my nails to be done and I tip well. The last 2 visits cuticles are not trimmed or pushed back, the filing job is super sloppy because the tech doing my nails is rushing to get to the next person who has an appointment, and the part that bothers me the most is that both visits after filling my acrylic nails and filing they usually have u wash your hands to get all the drill powder and residue off that does not happen anymore. I was mortified when my tech started applying polish onto my nails with crud all over my finger tips. I posted a picture that if I was the the owner Id be embarrassed to see. NO ONE should be leaving a nail salon with their nails looking like this its unacceptable. I will start searching for a new spot. ***the pictures Ive posted are from right after leaving the salon.

I love this place! I have been a customer for over 2 years. Christine gives the best pedicure/manicure. If you love designs Jenny is GREAT! And both of them are sisters.

Havent pampered myself in a while but heard good things about Zaras and they didnt disappoint. I got a luxury mani and pedicure. They did a great job. And it was very relaxing. Would totally go back and recommend to others.

Had an appt and waited 45 min for a pedicure. Pricey for what you get . Very disappointed.

Been here approx 4 times and always had good experience. Great job on my nails and if you have a concern speak up! I mentioned my gel nails being a little thick once and he got them looking great! Ive done both pedicure and gel/fill each time. :)

They seem to always full and busy. Its best if you make an appointment. They did an fantastic job on both mani and pedicures. I get DIP on my nails and they do an awesome job.

Friendly and experienced staff. I told them what I wanted and they gave me a solution that made sense and satisfied them. I wanted thinner eyebrows and she did it and gave me an arch (something no other threading place has been able to do). So Im really happy with my eyebrows. They do body waxing too.

A good nail spa hampered by a horribly rude male receptionist. My wife was treated extremely rude by the guy at the front desk. Shes a regular customer and a good tipper. She called today to make an appointment. After arriving 12 minutes early, the man at the front desk didnt look at her when he talks, and also let other new customers get seated first. My wife reminded him that she didnt need anyone in particular to do her pedicure, just the manicure. He said she never said that. My wife reminded him she specifically told him this last time and again on the phone. Again, he replies without looking at her very gruffly, and refused to explain why other customers were being seated before her. Long story short, my wife decided to take her business elsewhere. If anyone is reading this from the store, either fire this guy or reassign him. Hes not doing the business any favors. Good riddance.

I went in for a pink and white fill.The nail lady from the moment I sat down was very bossy using her finger to direct me.When I dine like the what she was filing my nail shape she told me “no worry I fix later.” When she had to widen my nail with the white it made a cup like on under the nail. When she thought she was almost done I asked another worker if 2 of my nails look cry it’s crocket she said “that your nail” oh no that is the nail, it needs to be fixed please, she then yelled for a worker and then walked away. The new worker fixed it, I payed and never saw her again not will I ever go back. No I did not leave a tip.

I recommend Tram! She does a wonderful job for those who want regular/gel manicures and pedicures. She is very detail oriented and really takes care in getting your cuticles nice and clean. She is my go-to person! :)

I been here a few times the last time was horrible it looked like my 5 year old niece painted my toe they didn’t even give me a manicure. The owner said to me after I showed him my pedicure well she did the best she could! Don’t come here

I have been to several salons over the years.This salon is by far the best one I have ever been to. The staff is kind and accommodating. The facility is impeccably clean and organized, and really well taken care of and modern.The prices are a little pricier but its worth it. The manicurists take their time to do your nails and you can tell they like what they do and that they want your nails to look perfect.Absolutely wonderful!!! I recommend this to everyone, treat yourself by going here!

Great place and great service, we loved it. The girls did a super job. My wife and I went there for our anniversary and it was a super experience, you will love it too. We are coming back for sure.

I used to love this place but the last few times have not been good!He allows people to sign in multiple people in front of you and (there was one girl who signed her friends in 15 mins before they got there but he still made me wait until they were all done) the man running the counter was rude and told me I should have just left. I’ll never be back!

Very clean, all equipment they use are individually sterilized. All of the manicurists do a great job. They always welcome walk ins and have a fantastic pedicure using oranges that smells great!

Very good service...just the manager/reception isnt friendly. Kevin was so nice to give me a discount.

I am so frustrated to say the least. When you go to have your nails done professionally you expect them to be professionally done. I just left there and I feel like soaking my nails off. First of all the edges are not blended in so it looks like I already need a fill. Second, it is agrovating when they ask what shape you like and they don’t give you the shape you want. You would think they would get it right when you go there with the shape you like and you tell them you like the shape they are. I don’t know what to say other then I’ feel I was just ripped off of time and money. Maybe if they spent less time talking amongst themselves they would pay better attention to their work. BTW it is just so rude to sit there and be in conservation in a language that not everyone understands. I’m sorry as a customer, when you are doing my nails the only talking being done should be done with me.So in order to be fair about this review I felt I need to update with a follow up. So after a couple hours of being so irritated, I called the salon and told them I wanted to come back in and have them remove my naills, that they had had done for me earlier that day, because I was so unhappy with them. They allowed me to go back and offered to have someone else try to fix them and if I still wasn’t happy they would refund me the money I paid earlier. They were able to make them so that I at least could stand looking at them.

Rude service! Left without getting anything done. The lady acted like it was a bother for me to get my nails done! Never have received this kind of service at a nail salon. Most will stay just to earn your business. It was just a simple polish change and they couldnt be bothered! Wont be back!

Any time I have a special request, I have no problems and service is always amazing!

The staff there is very friendly. Tracy is the best! This girl knows what shes doing! Very beautiful and clean.
