Posting on behalf of my fiance - they always do a very nice styling and cutting with her hair. Katrina in particular is very personable and always helps her to select a style that is absolutely perfect! All of the salon is clean and well kept. The salon products that they offer are the best on the market. I always see people smiling when they leave - that should be a sign that you have stepped in to a place that serves you quite wonderfully!

This is my review for Melissa Brunner!Ive been going to Melissa for years now and I havent gone to anyone else but her! She has a kind a sweet personality and is a down to earth person. I love the care and attention she gives when ever she cuts and styles my hair!Last time I went in I wanted to do something completely different so I went for a balayage ombre to blond! It was a lengthly process but thats because she didnt take any shortcuts and has great attention to detail! She checked and made sure everything was looking even and natural going back and adding more definition as needed. My hair came out great and I just love it. She also recommended after hair care products to maintain my new look.Thank you Melissa! I will definitely be coming back to you to do this again! :)

Normally I love this place and get good service. However, Ive been calling for a few days now to make an appointment and no one answers the phone! What the heck?

I never do reviews but I stopped in to the Grand yesterday and asked for any available stylist for a haircut. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with a great new style, I was treated wonderfully. Vanessa Garcia created a new do that looks great and was the envy of everyone today at work. On a scale of 1-5 - I would give the experience a 10. Will definately return.

The Grand is a great salon that has evey service you need. Its beautiful decor and high ceilings are awesome. Lina is a great stylist Id recommend with plenty of experience and very reasonable prices. She can be creative or simply copy a style from a magazine that you like, but she is always consistent with her work very easy to talk to. The Salon is in a great spot too, with plenty of restaurants and fast food establishments within its plaza. Its also right off the freeway making it very easy to access. You cant go wrong with coming here.

I went in today to get my hair with Ali and I love it! She did an amazing job, I would highly recommend her.

I won’t be back! I was excited to try a new look (cut and color) But instead it was nothing like what I asked for. Went a second time to fix the issue, got charged a second time and left very unhappy.

Decent salon... Love be my stylist April

This review is solely because of the great work that RaNae Mendiola does with my hair. Ive only been going to The Grand since RaNae moved to this salon and will follow her if she moves again. Thats not too say the my experience at this salon has not been good, because it has, however, RaNae has been cutting and styling my hair, my moms hair, and my sisters hair since I was a little girl. When I moved, after college, I tried two or three times to find another hair stylist, but no one did as wonderful a job as RaNae. I finally gave up and started making the hour long drive to have RaNae cut my hair. I never know what I want to do with my hair, but with RaMaes great talent, it always comes out beautifully. Besides being a fantastic hair dresser, she is personable, a great conversationalist, and full of energy. I highly recommend, RaNae as your next hair stylist. She does everyday styles for both men and womens hair and styles for special events like weddings and proms.
