In fifteen years as a customer, Gwen was always the go-to person who knew how to get things done. High overturn in all other positions. Gwen retired in April this year.

They demand someone to be there for the delivery to sign the invoice. They set a day only, no estimated time. Multiple times, they have been a no show and no call. If you cant make it, have the decency to call. That way no one is waiting needlessly. But would they deprive their loved ones of oxygen? Thats exactly what they are doing to my wife. Thats just the beginning.

Been trying to get a billing address for hours. The bill shows multiple addresses. Quick phone call, right? Ha! Hours! Cant believe this agency can stay in business. Never recommend this place.

Trying to contact these people is crazy.. worst phone system ever. Delivered my tanks by pushing in the sheetrock and scuffing the walls... new driver sucks.... and the accounting... really... no excuse for this kind of ignorance
