Beautiful atmosphere, my massage therapist listened to my needs. BEST massage I ever had!

I wish I could afford to attend Elements Massage everyday!! I loved it. It was amazing and just what I needles..no complaints. Ill be back next month

Bryan H. gave me my first massage with Himalayan Salt Stones and I dont think I will ever choose anything else! My back and neck are always knotted due to previous injuries and continuous traveling for work. I previously would get deep massages, which are fantastic but the effects dont usually last very long. Bryans massage made my muscles melt and I felt no pain during or after!

My therapist, Lauren, and the entire staff at Elements Branford, was fantastic. They were clear, detailed and considerate. Lauren was a fantastic therapist and I definitely look forward to going back to visit Elements Branford in the future!

The massage was okay. For all the good reviews and the price point, I was expecting to be blown away and was left feeling super disappointed. My massage therapist didnt try very hard and she didnt seem very experienced in prenatal. Also, I paid for an hour and only got 45 minutes, so that was extremely annoying. Likely wont ever go back.

This was my first time having a full body massage! I really enjoyed the experience and could tell that I had a lot of tension in my back. Bryan is very friendly and also checks in with your frequently throughout the visit. I would most likely go again (if my budget allows) and try hot stones. If you are a first time visitor, the full body massage is $79 for 60 minutes.

I am grateful for elements, its professional, warm and welcoming team and the space overall. Tucker was knowledgeable and so welcoming! I really felt taken care of, not just like another client. Not to mention, Allyson and the massage were great, the space was clean and I was comfortable and satisfied walking out. Thanks again.

Tried Allison for the first time. I asked for a strong massage therapist and she delivered! Or importantly she knew exactly where of my pressure points were in the tension in my body. Very professional well worth wearing my mask the entire time! Was not uncomfortable and very professional. Plus found out from the owner that she had installed a system onto the air conditioning system in the office to be able to completely clarify in sanitize the air. That was a plus. So my assessment of elements massage is excellent. I’ll be going there for about a year and a half and I highly recommend

Ive had massages from Elements Massage for a little over 2 years now, and have experienced true relief after having a deep tissue massage. The massage technicians (Lisa) ask & listen to what my needs are depending upon what area of my body needs more tlc. Overall, this was a good find - my husband and daughter have also had massages here as well and continue to make future appointments. Thank you Elements Massage!!

I had a wonderful experience here today and also became a member. While In the waiting room the girls at the desk were so sweet and even brought me cucumber water. They answered all my questions I had about getting my first professional massage and how I should handle whether I wanted to be undress or not. At first I preferred a woman to massage me but I heard great things about Sergio. I am so glad that I was able to get an appointment with him. He was so comforting to my needs and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. When I walked into elements message I was stressed, tense and my muscles in my neck, shoulders and back were aching. I walked out so we relaxed that when he asked me if I wanted water and chocolate he had to repeat himself several times. It was an invigorating message and when I got home my kids said geez mom you look really happy. Thank you Sergio !

After a rocky start booking my first massage I was impressed by the owners commitment to customer service. The owner made a point of meeting with me and ensuring that my experience was a good one. The massage therapist was wonderful and its clear that they care about their clients. I would absolutely recommend.

I scheduled a massage mid-day for a night appointment. When I arrived, I was told I had called an hour earlier and canceled (which never happened). The person I was supposed to have a massage with had already left. The staff was apologetic, however, very disingenuous with what they were saying (The story changed multiple times). They got me in for a later massage and it was good, however, not what I asked for. I wanted deep tissue and it was moderate at best. Additionally, how could one relax with everything that just happened. The one positive of the night was the two staff members were very nice about it.Hopefully this was a 1x mistake and your experience will be better. My advice for the business... train your staff more.

I dont do massages often. This was a gift from my wife. It was a great and relaxing experience. They make it very comfortable. Its a nice clean place I will go back.

I have been a member at Elements for almost 2 years now, and plan to continue. I suffer from nerve pain and muscle spasms and have found the most relief Ive ever had from a deep tissue massage at elements. Ive been getting massages for many years, but elements definitely has the best massage therapists and provides the most relief.

The facility was very welcoming and the staff was great! The therapist followed my requests and he gave an excellent massage. The follow-up suggestions for stretching were a nice bonus.

Great atmosphere and very welcoming. Ive had many massages but this was my 1st time at Elements. Ebony was fantastic I felt relief before it was even over, which has never happened. I would definitely recommend you go and book with Ebony. The price is great as well and they offer a membership which is a pretty price.

They environment of the entire place was very esthetically pleasing. The staff was very friendly and informative. They pair you perfectly with your masseuse based on Your massage preferences. There is no feeling of being pushed into purchasing their monthly plan option, like you feel at some other massage chains.

Reception area is warm inviting as is the staff upon arriving even though I was early. Beginning my first time I was given a tour of Elements, with an explanation of the various services. The first concern for Elements is your comfort and making sure your experience is beyond what youve expected. It was indeed. I cant wait for my next visit in September...change that I need to book one for August too!

My wife and I had a couples massage, that included my wife having a prenatal. The staff and building was friendly, calming, welcoming atmosphere. Very professional and great at what they do. They were conscientious and responsive to our needs. They paid great attention to our troublesome areas and made suggestions for things we could do at home to help alleviate some of the pain points. If we lived in the region we would come back often.

Elements is a beautiful facility housing one of the best massage therapists I have ever encountered, Zoe. I have had quite a few massages over the years and this one is right up there. If you want a beautiful, serene place to enjoy a massage, I would highly recommend Elements Massage in Branford, not far from the town green.

Its in the same building as Fuzion Medical Esthetic Boutique/ Dr. Goodkind, - not the yellow house pictured on Google. Massage was so good, I signed up for monthly sessions!
