I am so happy to have found Dr. Craft and his nurse Robin! It is so wonderful to have finally found a Dr. that is knowledgeable, kind and sincerely cares about the well being of his patients. I have never met another Dr. like him! He has great bedside manners and is very thorough. So thankful for him!

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Craft and his health care team, I was greeted in a kind manner, got to see him in a timely manner. He was very informative and listened to what I had to say, he even spoke to my husband. I feel that I have found a great doctor and would recommend him highly.

Dr. Craft is a very attentive, kind physician. He has spent many hours studying both mine and my husbands medical records and has been a valuable resource in our medical care. He gets all of the results for each specialist and carefully weighs and considers them in giving his opinion. He is humble and soft spoken. He is knowledgeable and stays current on the latest medical developments. Hes got a sense of humor and is a good listener. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good Primary Care Internist.

Dr. Craft himself is fantastic. The staff crawled straight out of a dumpster. Rude, lazy, and unreliable. Recently I was told they were “too busy” to call me back after leaving a message 48 hours prior. It’s a MEDICAL OFFICE. I work in a very busy medical office and “too busy” isn’t an excuse when it’s someone’s life and health you’re dealing with. This place will let you die in the lobby. They’ve just been getting worse in the last 3 to 6 months and I’ll be finding a new primary care.

I did not experience any negatives leading up to my appointment today. I received polite reminder calls and was notified after making my initial appointment that they needed me to reschedule at a later time as I was a new patient. That being said the appointment time I booked online did appear to be for new patients, but I was given plenty of time to adjust the appointment time with no issues. I was seen promptly and Dr. Craft was very attentive to me during our appointment.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Craft. He and his nurse Robin are always so nice. I have even called in after hours and they helped me with a prescription for anti nausea , as I was too sick to even get to the Doctor Office. I believe it is the fact that he allowed other Doctors and a Medical Group to join him that has been the reason for poor service. I know Dr. Craft and Robin are great people and think of them as friends since I have been going there for years. He truly cares for his patients and provides quality care.

I would have put zero stars but I have to put something. Office staff stinks!!! Constant system problems. Appointments rescheduled and moved. Not able to see you at your appointment time running behind. Wow. Not worth the aggravation. There are a LOT of doctors here. Do not waste your time here.

Love Dr. Craft. He is very down to earth and is never in a rush. He spends time and listens!

Love Dr Craft but the staff is lacking. He is attentive but is hardly in the office due to classes. I had a semi ER and was told Dr Jan could only see me if I had sinus or cold symptoms and if I went and showed my spots.. shingles that I would be turned away. Im overdue on labs and can never get thru to the office via the phone. Good doc but I dont feel he has the time for me. You have to be patient and proactive with your own health with this office.

Dr. Craft seems to be a good doctor, but like others have said on here... his staff is horrible. Theyre snippy & have a bad attitude. This is not an isolated experience, as its been happening for years. Dr. Craft is not my primary, but I drive my elderly stepfather to his appointments there... and there just always seems to be an issue with scheduling or trying to get needed paperwork filled out. Weve had a couple appointments cancelled on us without notice, one because the doc decided to begin his 4th of July weekend early (we showed up for or scheduled appointment on Friday, July 1st. and were told he was out of town, lol). Theyll try to tell you theyre extremely busy, but theyre not. They are just either incapable of multitasking or dont care.

Lousy, disrespectful service. Completely uncaring about patient circumstances, cancelling appointments at the last minute and losing filled-out- medical forms too. Whatever you need, dont waste your time with this rinky -dink operation unless you want hours upon hours of stressful frustration added to your life.

Ive been going to him for over 2 years and finally finding another doctors office. Worst experience ever! I do not recommend this office.

Dr. Craft is a kind and respectful man that always treats me like an adult. He takes the time to thoroughly and simply explain his diagnosis and treatments.
