Love dr Watson and he has always done his best for my dog. However dr Mann did not handle my dogs emergency issue well. The front desk staff was also very rude and needs to be taught how to talk to customers when facing a bad situation

This is the only place that I take my pets. They are great! I am always seen quickly, and the care my pets receive is fantastic.

Yes, they are nice. However, after 5 visits, they still could not provide a correct dosage for my dogs medicine. We will be taking our business elsewhere, permanently. My wife picked up our dog 4 of the 5 visits and was charged over 100 dollars for each visit. When I picked the dog up, for the same tests being done, I was charged 60 dollars. If you have something simple, I am sure this place is adequate. If it requires multiple visits, prepare for them to drain the bank.

The doctor and his assistant were AWESOME! I had not one problem with the way my dogs were taken care of. The two ladies at the front desk were the problem. They were very rude. It wasn’t the right way to greet their customers. I was actually a new customer, and I didn’t feel welcomed with the attitude they were giving off. I was told to call and let them know when they could take my payment. Instead of what I was told, they ran my card WITHOUT permission. When asked to cancel the transaction until I gave them permission to run my card, they told me they wouldn’t cancel it. Very unprofessional swiping cards they had no permission in doing so. The front desk and the people working behind it are the face of the company. It needs to be worked on.

Dr. Watson is very responsive, patient, and thorough. He really listens when a client tries to explain whats going on with their pet. I never feel as if I am being yeah-yeahd through my explanation or going through symptoms. My first experience with a veterinary clinic who did not sedate my senior cat with ketamine just to groom him (a cat who isnt aggressive by nature). Communication between client/doctor is quick and thorough. Each time I have taken my Moogly to the vet, he has returned to me just as calm as when I dropped him off. Dr. Watson will always have my business as long as I have fur babies, or as long as hes in the fur baby doctor business. The staff have always been super nice as well. Even during the thick of the pandemic last year, it was easy to drop off and pick up.

The staff is friendly and helpful every time I bring my dog for a checkup. Dr. Watson is also responsive to my questions, and I feel that they love my fur baby as much as I do. I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years and plan on continuing to be.

My family experienced an emergency situation with our dog and I called Brandon Veterinary Clinic on a Saturday about 1 1/2 hour before closing I explained our situation and they said bring him on. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were very detailed in what was going on and the procedure they had to perform on Puppy Jr. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great professional service.

So glad we started going to this clinic. We had Banfield wellness plan for many years because we moved around a lot and it was just easier. But we decided to go local and so glad we did. The staff is great, clinic is nice and clean. They are fast and friendly as well. Love it and going to be making an appointment for our other dog soon!

My dog got fixed and her stitches popped open. I called here and asked if they can help me because they were the closest veterinarian to my home. She was bleeding out so much the lady told me to go back to big fix where I got done an i told it was Saturday and they were closed. So then tells me she cant do anything unless we pay upfront. My wifes on disability an I have 3 kids in the home to feed. My dog bled out an died...... I will NEVER recommend this place!!!!!

First of all when i called to schedule my dogs vaccine i was quoted a price for shots. On the day of the visit bill was not the quoted price. If its the policy for vaccine to go with examine it should have been stated prior to arrival. After that visit my dog seem to have gotten worse and she was perfectly fine the day before. I went back the next day because my dog refuse to eat. Dr. didnt seem interested in making her better; just told me go back to the breeder. Just didnt seem to care ! basically the run around of words with no solution. Wouldnt recommend.

Dr David Watson and the pet loving staff at this clinic are extraordinary in the level of care and service I’ve experienced. I am the “mom” of a 15 year old male Shih Tzu that has encountered multiple problems, especially in these latest years, and I’m comforted in knowing he receives the very best!

Not impressed with this facility. Prices are somewhat reasonable with the immunizations and heart worm prevention but the welcome attitude as a new customer was not to welcoming. The cleanliness of the exam table and room was not up to par. Putting cheese wiz on a dirty exam table? I understand dogs lick themselves LOL but the table was dirty. What was up with that. Had to figure out who actually who the vet was once in the room. Once the vet introduced herself was not a people or dog person, very monotone. Did not ask anything about the history, or how old. Her exam was something I could have did at home. Never once examined the mouth, eyes, or teeth of my three dogs. As a former special operations medic in the Army and working with the dog handlers take a little more time during an exam. There is more to an exam than just opening the mouth and closing.1. Make him smile. Retract the dog’s lips into a smile and look at the teeth and gums. The gums should be pink and free of bumps, ulcers and white. Excess tartar will make teeth look yellow or brown. Note any loose or broken teeth. Take a whiff too. A smelly mouth may indicate periodontal disease. Make sure there is no food matter, bits of debris, or wads of hair wedged between the teeth, lodged on the roof of the mouth, or caught under the tongue. Examine the lips for ulcers or cracks.2. Then gaze into those loving eyes. The whites (sclera) of the eyes should be white, not bloodshot. The cornea should be clear, not cloudy. The pupils should be the same size in both eyes. The eyes should be moist, but there should be no discharge or gunk present and blink easily without squinting. There should be no swellings on the eyelids. The lid margins should be straight, not curling in or out.3. Tickle those paws. Place the dog on his side and carefully examine the paws for any pads cracked or torn? Are the nails too long? Is there swelling or redness between the paws? Is there a musty odor?As far as returning I will not be going back. The takeaway here is “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” definitely this was not done..

To;dr: This place made my puppys paws look like they went through the garbage disposal and then tried to shame me for leaving a bad review about it. Read below for details.Took my puppy here to get his nails trimmed, they wanted SIXTEEN DOLLARS FOR A SIMPLE NAIL GRIND!!! They didnt even do a good job, half his nails are broken and theyre still sharp. FYI PetSmart is $6 and his last vet down in Mobile did it free as a lot of vets do. Had I known the price before they took him back, I wouldve laughed in their faces and LEFT!! While I was waiting for him, I asked for a quote to have him fixed. They wanted $190 and that doesnt include any meds or anything, JUST the procedure. PetSmart quoted me $160 (all-inclusive) and his previous vet quoted $140 (also all-inclusive). Take your pets somewhere else, somewhere they dont price gouge for shoddy work!!My mother took her dog here for an emergency and they just about robbed her blind!! BE WARNED!!Edit:Your reply is laughable. Im not sure what entitles you to imply that I do not take proper care of my pets when you have never examined them, but that was not appreciated at all. FYI, I got a nail grind for my puppy. He has had his nails ground on multiple occasions, I have also had the same procedure done for several other pets my family has kept over the years and we have never paid more than $10 for it. The reasoning you give for your pricing of a nail grind due to locality and staffing is not the way any business should price a very simple procedure. Yes, prices change from place to place, but there is still a sort of standard. If my car needs an oil change, I expect to pay anywhere between $40 and $60. I do not expect that price to be $150+ solely due to the area and the qualifications of the mechanic. An oil change is an oil change and a nail grind is a nail grind. I also based this review off of previous care received by another family members dog, so youre wrong on that count too.It is my prerogative to leave a review for any reason and to try to shame me for leaving a review you do not like is unethical and tacky to say the least. I believe in second chances, but you just lost yours big time by disrespecting me. I wont just be recommending other vets in the future in lieu of yours, but I will make sure every pet owner I know stays clear of your overpriced, elitist, and overall disrespectful business. That is my real name at the top of this review, please use it to remove my personal information from your files and never contact me again.
