Dr. Sheely is very professional and a wonderful diagnostician! The staff is very courteous and the wait is not long at all.

Dr. Sheeley is by far the finest family practitioner I have known. He is available . He cares. He is calming. He LISTENS. He has kep my family well for years and we appreciate him. The staff is always considerate and helpful.

I am seven plus years sober and currently working with others in recovery as a mental health professional. I was referred to Dr. Sheely by a referring medical professional and he went out of his way to be what he called brutally honest. I like a straight shooter but Dr. Sheely referred to me as one of those people that thinks one pill is good so two is better a couple of times during the appointment. I have a congenital brain malformation which has been causing excrutiating migraines and he did not want to hear about my issues because he believed I was drug seeking. I left in tears and had to remember who I was and how far I have come as I picked up my crown and put it back on in the parking lot. DO NOT ALLOW THIS DOCTOR TO MAKE ANYONE OF YOU IN RECOVERY AS LESS THAN! RECOVERING ADDICTS ARE HUMAN TOO

My wife and I needed a covid test and one easy call and got back to back appointments for the test. Had results in about 25 minutes when Dr. Sheely called himself to let me know we were both negative with Covid and also the flu.From the phone call, to the professionalism of the nurse that came out to do the swab and results call from the doctor couldnt have been any better. Very nice facility, staff and doctor himself.Highly recommend!

I was traveling and visiting my mother at the reservoir. I have lived away from MS for 30+years. I needed to see a doctor and was thrilled to meet a wonderful caring doctor in my hometown. I was able to be a walk in and receive excellent care! I am the child of a MD and a retired RN, BSN. He was a great listener and interesting to talk too. Dr. Sheeley is definitely an A++!

Dr Sheely was awesome! I couldn’t go inside the doctors office. I only spoke to him on the phone. He knew exactly how to help me. I made suggestions, he said he knows what he’s doing and everything he had me take was perfect! Talking to him on the phone you would’ve thought I actually knew him....So much so I googled him, to see if I recognize his picture😜

Don’t go for mid morning appts. Showed up before appointment time waited over a n hour got to a room at lunch time. Felt very rushed and didn’t even get to get refills for my other meds. Just moving from AL and this was not a good experience. I need a doctor that won’t rush me and will address everything.

He is by far the best, most insightful, and caring physician I have ever used. He has made a huge impact on the quality of my life.

Amazing service!!! Ive been seeing Dr. Sheely for over 5 years! I am a high medical user and have a hard time trusting doctors, but that was not the case with Dr. Sheely! From the moment I met him, I could tell he was genuine and truly cared. He has this way of making you feel at ease when youre worried and makes you feel human when you think you are different. He has always put my health and best interests first. Not only is he amazing, but his staff is remarkable! I have been to this doctor more than once. EVERY time was a huge disappointment. He makes you feel little and unimportant. This last visit was for the Be Tobacco Free program. He first refused to prescribe my chosen method of treatment that insurance did cover. After that obstacle he then coded the visit as a normal office visit instead of the Be Tobacco Free Program. I received a bill that it was not covered. I spoke to my insurance. He refuses to change the code after calling. I am letting my insurance company pull my records and have it corrected. He is a A-Hole on purpose and enjoyed it!

Dr. Sheely has been great! The whole group there are like family. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a horrible experience with this doctor. I will not recommend him or this clinic to anyone for any reason. I went in because I was sick and was treated like a drug addict. I was told my office visit would cost one amount and I was charged almost double, which I paid. I am now receiving a bill for an additional amount. I have spoken with the business office on more than one occasion about the bill and the awful experience and of course nothing has been resolved

Ran two hrs late.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sheely’s for years without any issues. June 2018, I gave birth to a little girl and someone came to the hospital to visit with pneumonia. I caught it and have been sick for almost a solid year. Every other month (literally), I would find myself back at Dr. Sheely’s office and he would prescribe the same drugs every single time. Z-pack,decadron,Sudafed,and cough meds. I would Stay well for a month and then back again. I told him on my last visit that I was tired of taking antibiotics and didn’t want to develop a resistance to them. I asked him how come he kept prescribing them to me if they weren’t doing me any good and he literally told me that when sick people come to the dr and they don’t leave with medicine of some sort (even is the infection can’t be treated with antibiotics), they feel slighted and leave him bad reviews on the internet, so he prescribes antibiotics to pretty much everyone- whether it fixes your illness or not. Yes, he said that to me. For real. Here I am a year later, sick again. Yesterday, I started seeing a different dr who immediately ran blood work on me, spent time listening to my health history, is treating me with proper medication and is digging deeper with different tests to find out the root of my issues which is something Dr. Sheely did not once mention doing for me over the past year. I am disappointed that I put my health in the hands of someone who would rather chit chat about new movies or making his own beer than someone who will listen to my health concerns and address them accordingly. Part of me feels badly about leaving this review because I think Dr. Sheely is a nice person, but not an attentive doctor but i do not want anyone to stay sick as I have because of a doctor who is a revolving door for z-packs,steroid shots,Sudafed and cough medication. All of that to say, I (sadly) would not suggest seeing Dr. Sheely for medical treatment.

I am new to the area Dr. Sheely was recommend by a co-worker. Dr. Sheely and his staff are very professional. I called at 3:00 pm and they were able to see me at 3:45. Dr. Sheely is my new physician!!
