Whenever my children are sick they try to get them in the same day I call or the vary next day. Sometimes have a long wait. Vary nice and understanding. Always willing to answer any questions I have.

Dr. Ong and her staff are WONDERFUL! My kids saw Dr. Ong for nearly two years until we moved out of state. There were always sick appts available and she was attentive and listened to concerns. Her staff is excellent and always friendly. When we moved out of state I have had to call the office for shot records and documents several times in a two week period. Someone always answered the phone and not once did anyone act annoyed or bothered I had called so much. Every time I requested something it was faxed to me nearly IMMEDIATELY, within an hour. Excellent office!

Dr.Ong is my kids second mom.. Every time they sick or if I have any questions.. I call Dr. Ong and shes always there.. We love her❤️

Doctor Ong has been out family pediatrician since my oldest daughter who is 8 was a baby. She’s patient, and always willing to answer questions even in the middle of the night.

My kids love Dr. Ong , she has been her pediatrician for 9 years, crazy how time flies.
