This guy literally changed my world! His nurses were so nice and sympathetic. From the moment I met him I knew I wanted him to perform my surgeries. He scheduled them quick and the whole process followed the very example he described to me prior to. My recovery was nothing like the horror stories I read online and I am so grateful that Dr. Poole performed mine!

Terrible. Extremely insensitive to patients feelings & concerns. He gave a dismal prognosis before even getting my results back. There is a clear disconnect in his mind between the patient and the condition.
