Went for workmans comp terrible experience saw him for over a year he told me nothing was wrong with me never did an examination of any kind never ordered x-rays cat scan nothing but he gave me a back brace and a bunch of pain meds I didnt want right before I had a procedure done he cleared me with no restrictions terrible how he still has a practice is beyond me he basically tried to diagnose me just by looking at me terrible reviews as is he dose not care he works with the insurance company so be ware what saved me was I saw my own personal doctor who completely shut down everything he said negative a million starts for him . However the staff was great

Worst experience ever. Not only did I NEVER see the doctor I am paying to see, I was also told there was nothing wrong, told me I didn’t have a fracture but I needed to wear a boot and prescribed medication. When I asked more questions about my “non-condition” I couldn’t get answers. The person I did see never told me her name, I don’t even know if she is a MD/DO or just a MedTech. All in all, you will never see a doctor and if you have to call, be prepared to wait on hold a minimum of 20 minutes (and they only have 9 doctors in the practice) if you press the button for a call back your still put on hold when they call back. A joke of customer service and since the doctor doesn’t actually see you your better off going to another practice where you will actually see a doctor and get the care needed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Wouldnt even look at my injuries or touch to find the areas of pain. No x-rays or MRIs. No physical therapy... Nothing. Referred me to pain management. Went to the hospital and found out I had multiple strains and multiple stress fractures.

Great experience. I have had 2 surgeries and been in for treatment as well as my son. Nice staff and love my doctor.

If your’s is a Workers Compensation case, BEWARE!!! This man is in the pocket of your Adjuster’s:/Case Manager’s Employer!He Does not even do physical examinations before rendering decisions and most certainly, does not read or take into consideration PT evaluation notes! This man is an “Actor” but trust me, you’ll hear more about the Insurance Companies guidelines and a bunch of lame “case stories”; none of which pertain to you, as opposed to any sort of genuine care regarding how he can truly help YOU! Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho, it’s BACK TO WORK YOU GO!”

Surgery done by this doctor, has left my daughter crippled. When attempting to find a surgeon that could repair his mistake, the staff couldnt find her medical records to identify the type of screws and pins used during surgery. Absolutely, shameful.

The best part of my visit was the PA Cristine. She did everything from the exam, reading the xrays of my wrist , explaining everything and giving the shot. I can not say much for Dr Goldsmith who stood by the entrance of the door and never examined my wrist discussed or questioned my pain but I am sure billed my Medicare because he spoke to me for all of three minutes. Next time I will make a appointment with the PA and not the Dr. Otherwise the office was run smoothly, one extra xray taken because it was blurry ... not sure whose fault that was. I dont like more radiation then needed. I am rating 5 for the PA 2 for the Dr.

Horrible treatment!!! Very dissapointed. The doctors office is in deplorable condition and not clean at all. He works for the insurance company not for you. Cares nothing about the patient or the patients’ well being only about his payout and making the insurance company happy. Worst orthopaedic care ever. Very sad and dissapointed at the lack of treatment and patient care, all my neighbors, family and friends will be made aware of this practice.

Went to this place year ago with knee problem and was treated rude by staff. Also brought my wife with severe shoulder and back pain from an auto accident was worst experience Ive ever had. No manners or relief we never returned. If you like being talked down to when suffering then this is the place to go. The appearance is deceiving the experience is revealing. It just pain sucks.

This is a review for the Plant Avenue office in Plant City but I believe everybody should see this no matter what location you go to or what dr. you see. The owners lame response was horrendous.My old orthopedic surgeon would see you 1st talk to you about your problems, examine you and then send you in another room for x-rays and then discuss with you their plan to help you. I never had a problem my insurance company paying for those bills. Also on other reviews for other locations and other doctors people complain about wait times and only adressing one body part at a time, they are so absolutely true. The owners remarks to my review is so saddening and full of lies! Our older generation doesnt have smart phones or computers to make appointments so theyre forced to have to wait for ever on a never ending hold basis. I would take my mom to the hospital before I would take her to any of these doctors at any of their locations! Please read below.Do not go to this office. These people will only see you for one body part at a time. So one body part, one x-ray, one appointment. They dont tell you that when you make the appointment. I explained to the person that I made the appointment with about all of my issues so when I got there I was confused when I was told they could only address one problem at a time per appointment. When you ask why their policy is that way, they all say the same thing, sorry thats just our policy, one body part, one x-ray, one appointment. Ok? Well, I pushed until I got them to agree to at least x-ray two of my problem areas, the worst two. The x-ray tech said Im sorry I have to go speak to my manager, well go speak to your manager. Their excuse is the lamest excuse ever. The doctor that performed my hip replacement at another facility with another company would address all your problems at the same appointment. He wouldnt make you come in for multiple appointments if you had multiple problems. I believe this is just a way to make you have to pay your co-pay multiple times! The job of a doctor is to address your problems completely. I felt I was rushed, I felt I wasnt being listen to and I felt I was being treated in a condescending way. No bedside manner at all. My son is going to college to be a physical therapist , when I got home I told him if he ever treated a patient like that I would disown him because I didnt raise him to be that way. Even the doctor told me the reason why their policy is that they only address one body part per appointment is because if everyone came in and wanted all of their problems addressed at one visit that you would be waiting forever and you would never be able to get an appointment. I call, bull. The orthopedic surgeon that replaced my hip never made me come back to evaluate my other hip. I have multiple medical problems, I have to pay multiple co-pays, I have to pay for multiple prescriptions; I do not have the money to continue to come see you for each problem and pay you a co-pay each time. If you only have one problem, Im sure this office can take care of you but if you have more than one; go somewhere else. After leaving I still didnt feel a 100% happy. I was sent on my merry way with a prescription for stronger anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxer and a script for physical therapy, and was told if that doesnt fix the problem, in about 8 weeks come back and well investigate further. No MRI ordered, no further testing, no peace of mind either. I had plenty else to say but I believe you get my point, at least I hope you do! Try Dr. Chan in Tampa w/Baycare instead.I felt like a number at your office and I felt so angry. I felt like a sheep being hoarded along. Your excuses are a bunch of bull. Maybe your office needs an overhaul. The bottom line for your office is money. Greed is no way to run an office and people will see right through your antics! I waited for over an hour the first time I called, pathetic! I guess another money saving tactic. The owners response about referrals, my ins. doesnt require them, so try again!

This office was the worst i have ever been in, I checked in at the front desk and was asked by the girl why i was there so early i said i have a 830 apt time she said no you dont you have an 1120 appointment i said hon that wrong here is who i spoke to and gave me the appointment time, well of course she isnt in. Then i was handed an ipad and after 20 mins the girl at the desk yells wegman do you know how to use that ipad or do u need help she is lucky she didnt get hit with the ipad. then i finally get called in xrays are done im in the exam room and i get the PA who walks in and looks at me and tells me to lose weight like im 800 pounds. I said thank you for your input now what about what im here for i didnt realize i was at an ortho drs office for weight loss. she gives me a shot of cortizone without freezing the area or numbing the area tells me to see her in 2 months and gives me a script for a brace which the desk staff told me to get it from my pcp. Which the insurance company wants to know what i need from the ortho office to get me the knee brace i still dont have after 3 months, as far as a ortho office they are for insurance claims for car wrecks workmans comp they dont care about patients. they care about cash flow. Dont waste your time.

I needed knee surgery they got me in for surgery quick took care of all of my post-op called me to check to make sure I was okay super job

If I could give him less than a star I would .. if your going here for work comp good luck I got injured on the job and the doctor didn’t do anything for me looked and said seems like your good to go back and released me back to work while I’m still hurting and in pain did not even treat me for anything just wants to collect the check and leave you injured ... do not recommend stay away

If I could give this guy less than a star I would. I sat in the exam room for 45 minutes only to be told I need knee replacement surgery but he wont do it because Im overweight, after i had already lost 20 lbs since the lasr visit. He couldnt give me a goal to shoot for, just wrote a prescription for pain and walked out of the room. He spent less than 2 minutes with me. He didnt even examine me.

This is a worse doctor ever he doesnt deserve to treat a animals. Dont use this guy or his recommendations any where or God help you

Wait times are horrendous, show up 15 minutes early for appointment, still wait 80 minutes to get called in from waiting area. Ridiculous.
