Waited just shy of 2 hours to be told mistakes were made and they arent able to perform all of my services that I had scheduled. I left with nothing being done do to loss of trust. I arrived before my appointment. Ive been here several times with good service. If they had investigated and discovered the issues toward the beginning I would have been more understanding and completed their amended appointment services.

My past experience has been the wait time being up to an hour. Today it took 3 hours for X-rays and a dental plan. I’m passed upset and disappointed. The dr came in looked in my mouth and said if it’s not broken don’t fix it and left before I had the chance to ask him about the issue I came in for. The dental assistant had to bring the dr back in to look at the X-rays and re-examine my mouth because I do have a broken tooth. I won’t be back.

I just went and had my teeth done there but they messed up the did not stop my pain yah they pulled 2 of my problem teeth but there was 3. problem teeth 2 were not causing pain they were ded teeth im still in pain from my 3rd problem tooth in my left back how do you miss ot if you were trained for this kind of jaw.they would have only got one star if they didnt get my other 2 teeth done right now they the got 2 stars because they did great removing 2 of my ded teeth but they should of check to see if they missed some

Office does not follow social distancing, They had more than 10 people in a small waiting area, The employees working on your teeth, dont have the proper 95 mask, only one dentist had on a plastic shield, everyone else was wearing the cheapest mask that offers very little protection. The teeth cleaning was the worst in my 45 plus years of getting my teeth clean, they spent 3 minutes removing my plaque, all my other dentist spent over 20 minutes removing plaque. And for the icing on the cake. They wanted to install a crown on my first visit, because they found a cavity. The gave me a treatment plan for 600.00 and said my insurance didnt cover the work. I said i would do it later. I called my Insurance company when I got home and they said I was covered at 60%. Why would Brandon Family lie about my insurance ? Anyway I would never go back to that office, pleasant people, but extremely terrible service, if your concern about your health and your teeth I would find another dentist.
