Today I went to Lumina Dental for dental treatment. I had 3 crowns done and I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Dr. Fabian. At all times he made me feel comfortable and safe. The same care was provided by his medical assistant and the person who helped me apply for the financing. I highly recommend this clinic and its medical team for any dental treatment.

Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable we made a good choice choosing Lumina dental. Everything was explained to us thoroughly, the front desk was very courtesy and professional.

Lumina of Brandon Fl is possible the best dental office in the nation. Super friendly service from the moment I scheduled. Dr Fabian was the dentist who made the extra steps to make me comfortable. Great dentist. His assistant dawn was a great assistant, extra friendly and both were very professional. I would recommend lumina to ANYONE not only on their service, but their pricing as well.

I dont like dentists at all and avoid them at all costs. I recently broke a tooth and needed an extraction. I honestly chose this place at first because its local to me and also because they had an amazing price compared to other dentists. The service here was amazing!!!! It wasnt an easy extraction but the dentist was amazing! The entire staff from the front desk to the assistants and the dentist himself were kind and caring!!!! I am a huge baby about dentists but they kept me calm and were beyond supportive!!!!! They have my business for life!!!!! And in case you see this Doc, definitely better than the IRS! Today was my first appointment with Lumina Dental. It was a consultation and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Each and every person was very kind and thorough. Multiple x-rays were taken by the techs who cared about how I was doing. The doctor was just wonderful. The entire staff were professional and caring. I’m getting my dental work done there, and I’m very confident that I will be very happy with the outcome.

I wanted to voice my appreciation and make sure the Lumina Dental Brandon Town Center location was recognized. For the past couple days, I experience the worse pain in my life with one of my back molar. Come to find out, I had a deep fracture on my back molar. A 10 out of 10 pain - I ended up googling Emergency Dental and came across Lumina Dental Brandon Town Center. Today was my first time ever going to their location and receiving treatment. From the phone operator that booked me on a Sunday night at 11pm for a Monday morning, she was able to get me in first thing. Everyone at this location was very nice and extremely professional. From the Front desk (Valerie & Amber) to the Manager Adriana who ensure to go over all the rates before performing any procedures on me. She also help me with the rates being that Im without dental insurance currently. I ended up getting periodontal deep cleaning on all 4 quadrants of my mouth. My Hygienist (Clauida) was extremely nice, extremely patient, and was very gentle with the procedure and had my smile looking perfect and bright. She even provided me with a wonderful water pick and electric toothbrush to maintain my smile moving forward. After the deep cleaning came the main issue which was my fracture molar. Dr.Elkharisty and her dental assistance (Lovier) were very amazing as well. Extremely patient and very nice throughout the whole procedure. They first try to see if I could save my molar but the fracture was so deep and we had to shift to extracting the tooth. They ensure I was numb and through the process - she would always check and ensure I was painless just like Claudia. They extracted the tooth in less than 30 minutes and Im pain free. I cant express how thankful I am for the staff here at the Brandon Town Center location. The experience of customer service and the way they cater to my needs was unbelievable. I look forward to going back in 2 weeks to get my wisdom teeth pulled and my follows up every 3 months. They gain a new client and this is now my location of choice. Its hard to find a location that is honest and loyal and there for the client needs. I highly recommend them as they work with you with the prices and also have finance plans as well if you are unable to pay in full. Thank you Lumina Dental Brandon Town Center Location!!!!!!

As far as places that rip your teeth out of your head go, Lumina Brandon is outstanding. Work was done quickly and competently. All staff was friendly and accommodating. I absolutely recommend Lumina!

My first time visiting Lumina Dental in Brandon made me feel at ease! The receptionist at the front desk was awesome.My dental assistant who was the nicest gentleman you would ever wanted to meet was so nice and absolutely professional he answered all my questions make me feel at ease when taking x-rays of my mouth.The doctor came in and explain to me about my treatment plan and was so nice as well..Then he ask me did I have any questions which I didnt because he had told me everything that I already had known.After the Dr. left out the finance guy yoslen took me into his office and explain to me about the in house financing and the other options to pay for my treatment...Joslen was very knowledgeable on everything he told me.I recommend Lumina Dental in Brandon to anybody thats looking for a dentist...I will be back to Lumina Dental they made me feel right at home fear free!! If I could rate zero stars I would. Beware. Could use a different office manager. Front desk girl is rude and dental assistant could use some work as well. Definitely won’t consider future appointments with them, all they want is your money.

I mean it’s the dentist so it’s been painful and really who likes going to the dentist, but I love all the staff. They’re kind and friendly with good senses of humor. I don’t have to wait long and it’s a clean and aesthetically pleasing. Also got a great deal on my all on fours. If they can put up with my sarcasm then they’re doing pretty good. The only reason I didn’t give four stars is cause well it’s the dentist.

I made an appointment at Lumina Dental and my wife and I were pleased with the customer service and staff. We are looking forward to getting some dental work done and experiencing brand new healthy and beautiful smiles.

Their add advertises $79 for Xray and a free cleaning. What they dont tell you is they will not give you a free cleaning, because they want to charge you for a deep cleaning instead (a $1500) charge. I have had 2 cleaning a year for over 20 years, so I know that I dont need a deep cleaning. This is a scam operation, $79 just to get you in the door, so they can charge you $1500 more. I will not be back.

I suffer from extreme dental anxiety so this was a major move for me. This was a consultation appointment and I was greeted very politely by the young lady at the front desk. Sorry I didn’t get her name. The other staff that passed through when I arrived also spoke. I can’t say enough about Dr. “Kenon”, Dawn and Angelina. The three of them made me feel comfortable and helped ease my anxiety. They were thorough explaining my course of treatment. I know I’ll be nervous for my procedure but I know I will be in good hands. Thank you!

I went for a temporary filling, on a broken tooth.Didn’t get filled completely, and what was filled came out a few hours later. Charge was $75.00.They also did an exam and gave me an estimate, which wasn’t itemized. I am a previous dental assistant, so for me that is a big NO NO.Never get ir agree to have work done without knowing how much each procedure is going to cost.

The Brandon office at Lumina Dental has been nothing short of amazing. For years I didnt go to the dentist because of anxiety and not being able to afford it. Going to LD changed all that. The team there has been so welcoming and I am beyond thankful for them. They have without a doubt improved my life in a positive way and weve only just begun.

This is a great dentistry. The front desk was nice and able to work with me on the price. Dr Keenen was amazing and extracted 4 teeth in 15 minutes. He really cares about what he does and was compassionate toward my situation. Truly a good man. I would like to have two beers with him and I would also let him watch my puppy. Really awesome people, and good service. I recommend anyone to get your teeth yanked out here. 11/10 100%

Like some people, I’m very picky when it comes to doctors and dentist offices. I read the reviews before deciding to call them and I was very impressed. Scheduling a consultation was smooth and the staff was very customer service oriented. They’re patient with you, and do their best to make you feel comfortable. I will be going back for my dental care needs.

Very unstrustworthy dental practice. Stole $6500 from my friend and did not supply services. Stay away. . Yes, I agree it is illegal to take money for services quoted and not provide them. Everything about Lumina Dental from appointment, cleaning, Dr, dental hygienist, and office manager went above expectations. Clean environment, X-ray revealed I was grinding my teeth and the Dr recommended a mouth guard to help. The cleaning was painless and I do not floss consistently. I was able to get x-ray, cleaning, and molding for my mouth guard in 1 visit. I’m completely satisfied hope this review helps.

There were times when I had an appointment and was not able to complete my appointment because they were not there even though they set the appointment. I finally gave up in frustration. I would not recommend Lumina Dental to anyone!

I went to a different dentist office and left SECONDS before getting my teeth extracted because they were so unprofessional. Visiting Lumina I was greeted with great hospitality and I received a free second opinion. The staff was very friendly and efficient and I got all 4 of my wisdoms extracted the next day. The procedure was very smooth and I was out in an hour. The doctor (Keenan I believe) was so nice and funny I am so happy I came to this establishment. I have bad anxiety and they offered me the gas which helped immensely. It was a little more expensive to visit Lumina but it was completely worth it! I love Lumina and I will be back for all my dentist needs.

I feel I’ve gotten good to excellent service from this dental practice. I had a tooth pulled, a bridge, a root canal/crown, as well as cleanings and cavity fillings. . A lot of work! All the work I’ve had so far has been satisfactory. The staff are all friendly and competent. .The only minor complaint I might have is it seems like there is slight miscommunication concerning appointment times. Several times, I’ve been told one appointment time only to be called the day before my appointment confirming a different time than I was told earlier! Same day but different times by about an hour or so.Other than that I feel Lumina Dental does a good job and I can recommend them!

This place is the absolute worst. The manager Adrianna talks about improving that office but all she wants is money but god forbid if you want it back. And do not get me started on the assistant and how unclean the room was when I went in there. Had 10k I had wanted to spend but i definitely wasn’t telling her that. Go someplace else, trust me.

I went to Lumina Dental in Brandon on Saturday 10/26/19, for only my consultation to get my abscessed molar out and my tooth is out too! 🎉I was a little nervous 😬 but everyone there is so great. From the Amazing customer service to the accommodations they made because I had my children, and all the way down to the extraction. They even gave me a discount. The office is kept clean and they were good on their Disinfecting and Sterilization. 😎😁~Nicole the office manager~Samira at front desk~Dental assistant or nurse (sorry, I cant remember her name) were all💯Dr. Kandy was Superb! 💯He did an Awesome job and I didnt feel any pain. I will definitely make this place my go to for dental care. It has been 4 days and Im still a little sore but no bad pain and no severe pain.

I knew I didnt want to stay with my cookie cutter franchised dental office to have this work done. I really wanted to be treated like family and I sure got the best treatment at every appointment. From the receptionist to the techs and the Drs to the owners I was welcomed with smiles by all and always professional and personable.Anxiety was never an issue as I felt comfortable during each session.Like most of us, my dental insurance covered next to nothing for the services I needed and Lumina Dental had excellent pricing with military discounts and financing options available for me to choose from to cover me. Thanks to Lumina Dental I dont have to second guess my decision of dentist offices that would be best for me.

Through the web I have heard great things about this company, how they handle customers, and most of all the great smile I have read about. However I have recieced extremely poor customer service by Valerie, I suggest speaking to and getting help from anybody else but her. So far customer service and communication is her biggest issue.

We went here for my son to be able to get a exam to hopefully get help getting his wisdom teeth out that is causing him alot of pain, they worked it out with a payment plan so we can afford it, every one was so nice and understanding, they really work with you to be able to afford.

Let me tell you when you owe them money, they will take it before it is due, or will call you about your payment. But if they owe you money back, forget it, you wont get any help on finding out when you will get it back. Its going on 2 months and I cant get any news about the money they owe me back and god knows I need the money back that I over paid because I lost my job.Still havent gotten my $600.00 back from them.

Rescheduled an appointment after waiting for a half hour past my time because there were nine other people in the waiting room with no social distancing. Showed for my rescheduled appointment and waited for an hour and forty five minutes to be seen. They do not answer phone calls. They do not return phone calls. Only one dentist working at the store. Four of them have come and gone in the last year. I still do not have a completed product after two and a half years. This is the worst run business I have ever witnessed. Please do not waste your money and your time here.

I wanted to get veneers done on my top row, after the exam and 3,000 down payment, we set a date in place. They gave me two appointments by two different people before I left that day 11/1. I was confused so I called back and they had me down twice on the schedule, they canceled that first appointment, then we proceeded with the date 11/30. The lady at the front desk (Valerie) calls me a week before to confirm my appointment, I said of course i will be there! Super excited for my new smile, appointment day comes. 30 minutes before my appointment time, I’m on the highway to the dental office and get a call from Lumina dental (the same front desk lady) calls and says “hey! Your case for your teeth isn’t here yet.” What???? So you call me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me this? “Yeah someone tried to get a hold of you and you didn’t answer.” No one tried to get a hold of me because I saved your number, I definitely would’ve answered if you guys called me. Regardless if you couldn’t get ahold of me by phone, there is text, email etc. they have all my information. “Well I can get you in Monday December 14th, that’s all I can do.” Then hangs up on me. Valerie definitely shouldn’t be working up front if she can’t give good customer service. She knew I was upset, and wasn’t helpful at all. (Didn’t tell me when my veneers were going to be here, didn’t want to give out her name or the manager name, didn’t want to call me about cancellations so I can get in sooner, etc) Now I have my first payment coming up and I don’t have any veneers, so what exactly am I paying for.

People were friendly getting my dream of veneers done in a couple of weeks I was able to pay half up front and rest over time which makes it affordable for me with in-house finance will follow up once work is done, dentist seemed like he def knew what he doingUpdate: still continuing treatment highly recommend this place doc is professional and staff is knowledgeable dr and also assistant worked hard to get me out of pain when I got an extraction andThey gave me an awesome smile make over, glad I made the decision to come here, i don’t live in Brandon but I travel here because they are one of the best dentist they don’t act like it’s a burden to treat you like so many dentist do which I appreciate, my teeth were in horrible shape and they were able to work with me

What an awesome and safe experience from start to end! The professionals here will not try to take every penny. They are truly professional!

Where to start I’m in the fight of my life with this place. Promises made promises broken. They will approve you for credit only to take all of your approved finance amount upfront so they can then not do any of the work promised charge for work they plan on doing And also charge is the highest price of some thing and not give you the lower option amount and charge you immediately as if you had everything completed that day. I have spoken to more people than I can count. Made promises they would refund me made, promises they would correct the balances, they continue to steal money from my account every month on a handshake that I never needed. The financing went through for the full amount even though I didn’t have that work done. They will not call me back answer my emails and they will not credit my account they will not refund the money they stole from me this month. I have spoken to many people I have attained an attorney and if my stuff isn’t fixed soon it will be going on the local news channel. I had three teeth extracted two root canal and two temporary not even complete temporary because they couldn’t cement Them due to infection. I have been charged as if I had four complete crowns and other root canals I never had done. I was quoted to never exceed $4500 in the total work they were doing they are charging me as if I owe the 4500 I never had that work completed my insurance has given them over 800 and they taken $250 from my personal account. They stay open because the financing. They charge all financing discussed or approved (they will approve financing before you even speak to anyone) they take the money upfront From the approved amount of the finance company and then you have to fight your life to get it back and get charged correctly this place is a nightmare to deal with. I didn’t care for first dentist I did care for the second one he was fantastic it’s a shame because I really would’ve let him complete my work but I can’t have it because they will never bill me correctly and they will continue to take money from me. So if you don’t want to be in a financial fight every month or in a bad credit situation and I suggest you keep Looking for a dinner elsewhere it’s a shame they have a beautiful office they do have nice stuff just no one could call you back I had to walk in to even get an appointment and that was after a week of phone rings the office is closed I’ve never seen anything like it I really don’t know how they even stay open and more reviews are not out there I hope they call me back and fix my nightmare because they really could’ve been a good place for Dental care

Well I can definitely say this my worst experience ever. I could appreciate the new patient special they have going on but an assistant named josselin I believe started gossiping and little did he know I spoke Spanish and all that the assistants would do was partake in the gossip not realizing some of us speak Spanish. Very unprofessional.I wanted to leave immediately.

These people are scummy car salesmen. They were only interested in trying to upsell me on dental work instead of helping.Never going back and never referring them to anyone.Youre better off going to a community dental clinic because at least they care.

Wanna start with I was told it would be an $80 consultation visit which they did charge me the $80 and then I had to wait about an hour to see anyone and then the doctor came in very nice very nice guy and then the finance lady came in and they completely lied to me on the phone and told me they do in-house financing and then I was told it’s only $2000 in house financing they gave me a bill for $28,000 which is absolutely insane and then the lady tells me I need $8000 down

I called Lumina dental about getting a fully exposed wisdom tooth pulled 2wks. I wanted to know a ballpark price of what I was looking at paying after my insurance kicked in. I have her ALL of my personal information and it’s been 2 WEEKS I’ve followed a couple times and they always say they will have someone call me back.All of the ladies that answered the phone were polite but they lacked professionalism and follow up procedures.I ended up calling another dentist and they told me right on the phone within 5min after my insurance I’m looking at paying $100-200 max to get the wisdom tooth extracted I have an appt with them tomorrow!

I went to Lumina because I was in so much pain. I really couldn’t afford to pay for all the work I needed. They did there best to get me covered waiting to get the procedure completed. I am 29 years old and have degenerate tooth decay and have had practically all of my teeth either pulled or grinded and capped so I’ve seen a lot of dentist and always one of my biggest fears! Today I had a double extraction of both wisdom teeth which where both abscess aswell! Dr. Keenan Osman eased my fears when I was practically in tears and numbed me so well and I was so painless I was laughing from relief within seconds ! Another dentist told me I would need surgery and before I could pronounce oral surgery Dr.Osman had both wisdom teeth extracted and gauze in and I was is in disbelief! He made sure all mistakes were correct from previous dentist and didn’t miss a beat with healing partials so I can actually eat again and cleanings and a great plan that was in my best interest! He is by far the most professional oral surgeon I have ever met and always puts his patients health and happiness 1st! Thank you Dr.Osman

These people are the worst. I loved my first visit but it became a nightmare every call, appt, and experience after. My dentures were not in on time which depleted my bone structure, they are cheap and never fitted properly, my calls are never returned and Lumina withdrawals multiple unauthorized payments a month. I am hiring a lawyer!

This place is the best dentist office Ive ever been too. They are professional and polite and take good care of you. I had an emergency and needed a tooth pulled and we looked everywhere but only lumina had an oral surgeon onsite and was available to get my tooth pulled. My family and I found us a new dentist office

I am not fond of going to the dentist and anywhere near needles. I went in to Lumina as it was recommended by a friend. I was warmly greeted and we discussed the issues I was there for. The staff were friendly and helpful that put me at ease right away. Had a great experience at this office. I highly recommend this office .

The experience was Awesome! The doctor for me made sure I was pain free through every procedure. The staff is very nice! My fist visit I meet Summer who explains everything. She is sooo nice. I thought the attitude might change after a couple of visits. NO everyone is still the same NICE! The doctor is the best he always thinking about what would be less pain. At 50 yrs old and been to many dentist that made me run after the first visit. This place is a blessing. I wish I would of found them earlier. I can’t wait to have a smile for the first time in my life!!!

I went in for an wisdom tooth extraction and I am very very pleased with the service I received. Dr.Osman and the assistant Yoslen were amazing. Dr. Osman explained everything and made sure I understood before he did anything. As he was doing the procedure he made sure I was OK and not experiencing any discomfort. After the procedure he explained post procedure care and asked if I had any questions. It was a quick and easy procedure and Im so grateful. Yoslen also made sure I was comfortable and he is very caring. Yoslen also helped me schedule my next appointment. Thank you so much you guys have been great.
