I absolutely love this medical center. One side is dental and the other is full medical. Besides being beautiful inside, all the staff are beautiful inside and out. So where do I begin.....I cant stop RAVING to everyone I know about this place! This has been hands down the BEST dental experience of MY LIFE! The office and staff are so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.... and the dentist Dr. Martha Ducatel is so very caring, educated, and thorough in her attention to detail. Shes willing to go the extra mile to break concepts down until you get it...(allowing you to make very informed decisions). This is vital in any practice but even moreso in dental care, as most of us patients can be faced with having to prioritize treatment due to the expensive cost. They will work with any insurance plan and try to give you options and flexibility to get the care you need. She definitely keeps the health of her patients oral care at the forefront of her practice. But then theres the office. Its as though youre walking into a serene escape to tranquility....yes...at the dentist office! My wife told me about healthy bodies and said that I needed to go for my next dental cleaning. Id went one previous time when she had a minor surgery there done by Dr. Ducatel a couple weeks ago. I came for my cleaning today and the experience was amazing and I couldnt ask for anything better in terms of a dental appointment. The service was top notch, the staff is so friendly, helpful and down to earth. We had great conversations during my procedure. Dr. Ducatel was very upfront about how the procedure would go and how much things would cost and broke everything down and made it clear and understandable for me. All of the staff is very professional and make you feel like family. Dr. Ducatel personally called me after my online inquiry and took the time to walk me through my treatment plan in detail after my exam. They even had a welcome sign for me waiting in the exam room. The work done was great. I felt comfortable, everyone made me feel welcomed. So why two stars. They over charged my account$ 956. There was no set amount on my card for withdrawal, and when I explained I have been overcharged it happened two more times. Also there were a number of mistakes on my EOB that would have cost more. I personally will not continue service because of the lack of trust.

This is definitely by far the best dental experience I have EVER had. They make you feel like a VIP client. When I entered their office, I was provided with a tour of the facility. I was the only one in the office, which meant their focus was on me and providing the best experience possible. Patricia went over the cost of the plan. Dr. Ducatel sat down with me and showed me informational videos of the importance of having certain procedures done, but was not pushy at all. She allowed me to make my own decisions. And Sherry, the hygienist was amazing. I had to have a deep cleaning, but she talked to me throughout the entire procedure asking if I was okay etc. I also was able to watch my favorite TV show. If I could give this place a 10 out of 5 I would. The professionalism, knowledge of the providers, and the atmosphere makes you know that you aren’t in your average Doctor/Dental office. Dr. Ducatel was my first time seeing a dentist in a long time and I no longer remember why I stopped going in the first place. They really take the time to go over xrays and show you cool videos of what is going to be done. Felt like I was being educated on what was actually happening instead of just being told. To top it all off you can watch Netflix while having your teeth worked on, which makes the time go buy. Having moved from an amazing team of doctors in Maryland, doctors Ducatel and Watson had some big shoes to fill. I was pretty skeptical, but they put all my fears to rest. Their new office is serene and beautiful, with a large parking lot. The reception area is more like your living room and the friendly staff is more your family, while being professional and excellent at their job. This is by far the BEST dentist office I have been to in my life!! When I walked in, I felt so welcomed and at home!! And the jazz music is perfect! The front desk staff were amazing!! I had a deep cleaning and 3 wisdom teeth pulled. Sherry, the hygienist, did such a wonderful job with my cleaning, and she is super personable. On my next visit, Dr. Ducatel pulled 3 wisdom teeth. It was so quick and fast, I was shocked when she said that she was complete. (And a plus to having services done, they have TVs on the ceiling with your own personal headphones!! )

I consulted Dr. Ducatel with my serious health concerns. I can’t say enough about his care. From entering his office and working with his kind assistants to the cleanliness and order of his treatment room, all the way to the check out process – his office and professionalism is second to none. As for the care he provides I truly appreciated his approach of treating me as a whole, addressing every concern. Since he is a one doctor practice he seems to be able to manage his time in such a way that he gives himself time to think and focus on me as his patient – no hurried review of my file as he scampers from his previous patient in the next room, and therefore no rush out the door to his next patient. That’s really nice, and not like the typical doctor. He truly cares about me as a patient and as an individual. While this may be an outstanding office when it comes to service, I think it’s vital for potential patients to know this office requires you to pay all of your expenses up front and out of pocket. After you pay you are responsible for submitting your own claim to your medical insurance company. They will submit the claim for you for dental expenses. My roommate and I made both medical and dental appointments. I cancelled mine after my roommate told me she was required to pay over $600 upfront. It has been over two months and my roommate is still trying to get the insurance company to reimburse her and she has good insurance. So again this may be a fantastic place but expect a pricey up front payment and extra work to submit your own claim to your insurance company. I went elsewhere and was seen for my normal co pays and without the hassle of filing my own claims.

Dr Ducatel is the best and her touch is so gentle. My procedure was virtually pain free. I was a little nervous at first but both the Dr and assistant did everything to help ease the anxiety. Thanks Healthy Bodies for a pleasant experience.
