Stay away‼️‼️ I took my daughter there. My daughter had severe trust issues to begin with. After convincing my daughter to finally speak to someone the person she seen based of the INTAKE INFORMATION decided to call Child protective services. Based of no detail information. Now my daughter refuses to ever trust a therapist.

This job would have been great had it not been for a greedy, in compassionate, cold, owner. He will make you take on more cases than you want because he wants his numbers high. He will yell at you, talk over you when you attempt to speak, and belittle you. Every employee at this establishment will tell you the same, as we all would vent to one another about walking on eggshells with this owner. How he can be an owner/director and lack the simple fundamentals of being a decent human being is beyond me. Steer clear of this place. All they care about is making money. They treat clients with Autism and other behavior orders that clearly need a behavior therapist, not mental health therapy! They also held my 1099 for taxes stating it was sent back to them, however they are lying, because I had all my mail forwarded for a year (only moved 3 months ago). This would be the owner trying to establish the power he had. I gave 3 weeks notice instead of the 4 he wanted, however I had no choice because my new job was starting a training in Orlando and he completely berated me for this. I suppose this was payback as well as refusing to give me a reference. My new employer called him a man with no integrity. Exactly.

Seriously save yourself a headache and avoid this place. First of all the so called doctors here are horrible they do absolutely nothing other than peddle medicine that doesnt work on your kids they talk to their patients maybe 15-20 minutes every 3 months with no results what so ever. Also they are rude and unhelpful and dont listen to their patients or provide any type of comprehensive diagnosis or any solutions what so ever. Furthermore there is never any parking there meaning you are often late because you have wait for someone to leave and free up a parking space, then blame you for being late when they offer no alternate parking or even common courtesy by understanding the parking situation they themselves created by being greedy and over booking appointments. I will say the only good thing there are the counselors that see you weekly for the most part they are helpful kind and understanding its just too bad they have to work for such terrible doctors.

I am shocked to see so many negative reviews . My sons therapist Miss Lana is beyond helpful , caring and compassionate . We never wait long . Appointment it always on time . Offices are clean. We love going here ❤️

Dont go here if you have Florida blue. I have severe depression and is seeking help and they tell me sorry as of right now were not taking any new patients with your insurance. Are you kidding me!?!? So basically you dont care if someone with depression goes and hurts themself. Like tf?!

Unprofessional!! They cattle heard everyone & dont genuinely care.Horrible coping skills on handling situations, especially for a mental health facility!! Its an oh well attitude from the Director and she talks over people, doesnt listen and speaks in a condescending tone.If they treat an adult like that, I can only imagine how poorly they treat their patients.Several people in this company need to take some courses themselves.Run..go somewhere else.I

Just heard over the phone that trying to get an appointment takes 4 months? What kind of place takes 4 months to process you through to see a psychiatrist? Sounds like a money rip-off sham if you ask me. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had a neglectful psychiatrist there (dr. Feinstein) that pushed me to the brink of suicide in spring 2017. He changed me to a new antidepressant that interacted with my previous short acting anxiety medication. He didn’t warn me about the interaction. I had to find out by having chest pains and irregular heart beat. I returned to him the day after I started having the interaction. He prescribed an anxiety medication that can take up to 2 weeks to work. I was in the middle of finals and failed three classes because I couldn’t manage my anxiety disorder. I ended up almost having a psychiatric emergency. I had to go to the hospital to get short acting anxiety meds to keep me from having a full blown psychiatric emergency. I had cried in the room with him during my previous visits because he wouldn’t listen to me. He even told me “I don’t think I’m going to be able to give you what you’re looking for”. He is a neglectful doctor and should be avoided at all costs. I am so thankful that I stopped seeing him and that his name isn’t on the description of my headstone. And if you wonder if I am just an angry person that couldn’t score benzos, I actually had never had taken a benzo before he changed my antidepressant. I had only taken hydroxyine. That is the medication that I had to stop. I just needed help and he didn’t listen to me.

My therapist, Erica Willer, is the best. The doc, Kanfer, is alright, its not his primary employ so one day a week kinda sucks but he does his best. I love everyone here.

This phacility is amazing they are great from the different types of therapist to the groups! They have different type of groups for kids they have Marriage group they even have a kids support group for parents! Psychiatrist are also at this this location so you dont have to have two different places to go and they are familiar with your case as well and they dont rush you they listen to you! I would recommend this place hands down i have children who go here and there diagnose range from Autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder PTSD anxiety depression Brain injury short term memory loss etc. They range please call them today you wont regret it!

Friendly staff, clean, and the counseling service is good.
