I have been a patient of Dr. Singh for over 12 years. I am now 50 years old. The level of care and treatment at his office has gone down drastically and I will personally be seeking another physician. The doctor himself is typically nice and always smiling but you literally get 5 minutes of time with him compared to the usual 45 minute wait in the waiting room. Medical records never make it to my other doctors when requested, so if you go there, pick them up yourself! And today, after calling multiple times this week and no one calling back, I finally reached someone who then was rude and indifferent. So unprofessional and this is NOT the first time I have been treated this way. I normally would be concerned about them reading this but I have no choice but to leave and find another office in hopes to find some caring and empathetic staff members. If you choose to work in the medical field then by all means BE KIND!!!!!!!! Every person you speak to is going through something and if they are calling a doctors office it likely isnt something good! It doesnt cost a dime to be nice to people and show some care and concern especially in the medical field. OF ALL PLACES! I am just so over the lack of quality care available and the indifferent attitude of staff members and doctors themselves. Anyway, do yourself a favor and keep looking.

This place is the worst. My primary care ordered several heart tests due to continuing chest pain. I was given an authorized referral from my insurance company to see Dr. Singh. When I made the appointment Dr. Singhs staff changed the Dr. I was to see to somebody else so now my insurance will not cover it. This was done without my knowledge. So the day of my appointment several weeks later I was unable to be seen. I was told they contacted my primary for a new referral and would call me once that was done. They never called. Now over a month later Im still trying to get through and have called in dozens of times. Nobody ever picks up it goes to a voicemail which wont let you leave a message due to the mailbox being full of messages. One time I got through and was told there was no record of them trying to get a referral from my primary and that I can still not be seen. Then I was put on hold for 20 minutes while she looks into it before being dumped back into voicemail box which still wont let you leave a message. Nobody has returned the call and 8 trys later I still cant get through. The only info I got was that I most likely will have to go back to my primary for a new referral and then be seen for a consult before they will do the tests my doctor ordered. Hopefully Im not about to have a heart attack cause this doctor would certainly let me die! I have decided to share my story everywhere possible and just go check my self into the emergency room. Hopefully this practice doesnt let your loved ones die due to their negligence! FIND A DIFFRENT HEART DOCTOR. THIS GUYS OFFICE STAFF BLOWS!

Dr. Singh is the best.. Very nice person and great doctor. He saved my life and I owe him big time!!He has a very good staff and a very nice office. He does his best to make the wait as short as he can. But he spends the time with you to answer any questions you may have.

Dr Singh is an excellent Cardiologist, who really cares about his patients. After my heart attack, he put me on the right medications, and now my heart has made a comeback. When I left the hospital, my ejection factor was under 30, and I was advised to get a life vest. Now, 6 months later, thanks to Dr Singh, my ejection factor is 67, normal for a Man my age! Yes, his office can be busy, and sometimes appointments are not always on time. To me, that is a small price to pay for a great cardiologist, who just might save your life.

Horrible bedside manner. Rude to hospital nurses on floor, ignoring them and walking away when asking for clarification on orders. Forgot to order diet restrictions for my father for a procedure, had him go down for the procedure anyway and wait, then canceled the procedure at the last minute due to his negligence. When we asked questions, we received a wave of his hand. Offered no information about the hospital treatment plan or diagnosis. I am surprised he is still practicing. I’ve been a nurse for 30+ yrs-he was one of the worst. You are paid to be a competent physician that communicates with a hospitalized patient regarding their health conditions. Ignoring patients and their questions is 100% unacceptable.

My fiancee was seen at the office this past Friday. They over charged him for the office visit; he was charged $150 instead of the co-pay of $50. The office manager will not talk to me on the phone or to call me back and referred me to their billing company. I was initially told by the billing company they over charged my fiancee is because they are charging us for future appointments. My response was what future appointments? We did not make any future appointments and we definitely did not want to pay for future appointments. Neither were we told that we were being charged for future appointments. And the story of why my fiancee was over charged changed when I talked to the billing company manager; he insisted that they over charge the patients all the time because they need to verify and process the claim with the insurance company first. According to the billing company manager, they over charge the patients all the time and it is their policy to do that. Even though I told him only co-pay should apply to a regular office visit and I already verified with the health insurance company that only co-pay applies to a regular office visit. I even offered to do a conference call to the insurance company with him on the phone. He insisted he will NOT do provide a refund of the over payment they collected until the claim is processed. I work in the healthcare industry and I have NEVER heard or experienced that a doctor over-collects for a regular office visit even though it says on the front of the insurance card what the co-pay should be for the office visit. Terrible experience! Definitely does not recommend this office to anyone.

The office has the absolute most unprofessional office Manager and staff I have ever seen in Dr office in a very long time. I myself am in Medical Management and was appalled in the manner they handel and error they made. Please dont send your grandparents or any other family member to this office. I will be filing my grievance with there corporate compliance department tomorrow.
