Good products but service for pick up not so great. Finally tried delivery and works better for me. Several times I ordered pick-up and had to end up going in and one time my order wasnt prepared as the notification Id received stated. When ordering pick-up from the Brandon location, be prepared to wait or go inside. The people working inside are nice and professional.

I fail to understand why the it takes so long to dispense per customer. Please hire a process improvement owner to streamline the process. You have the hard part figured out with your product offering. Refine your kinks to maximize the customer experience.

Go back to the old methods of dispensing our medicine. This new way takes between 30min-1hr minimum.What is the point of taking my order when I walk in, just to have me way while you fill it and then have to good over everything again.90% of the employees who take the order have no experience with the products, so information is lacking.As well as the website is never fully up to date so after walking and and placing order I see numerous products before the counter that were not online.Get it together curaleaf, stop trying to copy everyone else.

I LOVE this place! Super fast service, very friendly, and everything always goes smoothly. They are so nice, after dropping off a delivery they shut my huge gate for me so my dogs wouldnt get out. Great place. I highly recommend.

Lets start with I placed my order online. when I got there, my first feeling was awkwardness as there was no check in process, customer line or acknowledgment for the first few minutes. The employees lacked knowledge of the product they sell. The order wasnt even ready even after I received the confirmation text that it was ready for pick up. Then the cashier failed to inform me that my order could not be completed so I was half way home before noticing I only had half my order....The store its self didnt give a good vibe as the products were displayed in cardboard boxes, dollar store baskets and silence..I could nitpick more but feel I have written enough. This first impression was enough for me not to come back.

The Brandon Managers Cody & Nick deserve raises for the above incredible customer service they have both shown. Technology brings extreme panic and anxiety for me causing severe discomfort and both of these gentlemen have taken this information in and been overly helpful in assuring my comfort and ability to continue using their branch of curaleaf!

Curaleaf or at least this Curaleaf location is AWESOME!!! Their delivery service was above par as well... but nothing beats the customer service I received in store. I don’t even know where to start I absolutely love this dispensary. Everyone there is always extremely helpful and extremely nice and so welcoming. I enjoy coming here specifically for the employees because they are just so awesome. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’d rather come here to this location than any other one. I genuinely feel like they treat you like a friend. Now onto their products, they always have great selection of different types of strains. I love that the employees are well informed and provide very detailed explanation on the benefits and the different types of products they have. Honestly, I can’t think of anything they should change. Oh and they’re always playing awesome music. Please go check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Great place. We went in thinking we were going to get a 420 gift for spending an x amount. I didnt get the gift because they only give the first 100 people well it didnt say it on the website. They need to get better about putting full information in there. Very disappointed.

Good first visit. Bud was low thc but bought gummies, the 5mgs are fast acting but strange tasting, 10 mgs are much better tasting. Got nano drops, pain cream, everything but bud. 2 for one. If I didnt want bud it would be 5 stars. Staff was great! Ill be back.

Im into shatter, only thing that truly helps me with my PTSD, was very happy with the quality. I only go to two dispensaries, well Im adding this store to my list. I was skeptical because Ive been working at Trulieve and a lot of my patients had claimed that Curaleaf was not the best. I had been to the one in Tampa before and liked their vapes, but the Tampa store was always out of live resin. To my pleasant surprise I was served by an awesome chick named Jessenia. She wished me a #HappyPride and she knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked for live resin and the terpene profile for each particular strain. Horrible curbside service, never again. I’ve been going to this location for over a year and today’s single experience was enough for me to never return or spend my money there again. 30 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone, I was “1st in the queue” the entire time. I honked, I ran to the door and yelled in for someone to answer, nope, not effective. I have to do curbside bc I have a toddler with a disability, this isn’t bc I’m lazy or whatever else. I do this to make errands less upsetting and/or traumatic for her. These trips are planned, and have a time limit. 40 mins sitting in a parking lot for a simple pick-up, unacceptable. And no, it’s not the “new system’s” fault that the store associates failed to pick up the phone for 30+ mins. Curbside customers are just as important as the customers inside, and yet, I watched people come and go, employees take breaks and check-in, and there we sat… just trying to get them to answer a phone. THEN when they finally answered, my order had been canceled, so we sat longer. The cherry was when the employee threw the bag at me, which I wasn’t expecting, it fell on the ground, and he had to turn around to pick it up to hand it to me properly. DISASTER. If you’re understaffed, add people to the schedule, god knows people need jobs and curaleaf has the money. If you have a disability that prevents you from going inside, avoid this place, you’ll be ignored for an unknown amount of time. Round trip - 1 hour 35 minutes, we live 15 mins away 😏

Can I give more than 5 stars? If so, Id give 50! I have been using Curaleaf dispensaries since they opened. I tried 2 others once, and went RIGHT back to Curaleaf. Ive had to move a bit over the years and have had to switch Curaleaf dispensaries 3 times. The Brandon location is my 4th Curaleaf dispensary and BY FAR my absolute favorite!! I have never met such kind, caring, compassionate, intelligent people. The staff is absolutely amazing: ALL OF THEM!!! They listen to your problems, offer suggestions, ideas, out of the box thinking (which I require not being able to eat). Sometimes its difficult to physically get there and they are so kind about holding your order until youre able to pick it up. They call you to remind you its ready. They go ABOVE and BEYOND any other Curaleaf (or other dispensaries Ive tried) dispensary Ive ever used. THANK YOU, BRANDON CURALEAF - Awesome products! Great prices! One of the best dispensaries in Tampa Ive visited thus far! The staff and management was so accommodating, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. They also had a random 30% off sale when I walked in so I was super excited about that (Nov. 23, 2020).... Overall I felt very taken care of, and left there, excited to come back. I havent been to a dispensary where I clicked with a budtender more than I did @ Curaleaf with Jessenia. They were a true down to earth person. Often times people dont look out for other people, its just about getting ahead. They took the time to know what I needed. They made me feel like I was their priority! Terrible customer service! Dry and stemmed out flower. Just went into the store. Only to be told we are doing inventory. First off why is a company stopping sales for anything. Of all things to do inventory. Pretty sure it’s not safe moving production in front of customers. Roughly 4:30pm Wednesday. Also the security guard in a Michigan hat is rude and unprofessional. Won’t be returning take my money else where.
