I’m a bit delayed in writing this review, but I was looking up Natalia to give her information to a friend and saw that I could leave a review on her page, so better late than never! Natalia was absolutely amazing with my hair and makeup for my wedding. I have had my hair and makeup done for lots of other occasions and have never been even half as happy as I was with the job that Natalia did. Thank you for making me feel so beautiful for my special day!

Natalia is hands down one of the best teachers Ive ever had. Not just for microblading/shading but all together. Shes extremely kind and funny. I took the microblading and microshading class. Her class is very informative. She goes into detail about every part of these services. Walks you through every little thing you need to know. Answers every single question you have without making you feel silly for asking. Actually gives you confidence to do these services. Then she is right there with you when you perform on your first live models. Walking you through, making sure everything is correct. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better class and instructor. Thank you Natalia for everything!

I came to Natalia 2.5 years ago from a previous lash artist who ruined my lashes. Natalia was able to safely remove the old ones while keeping the lashes I had left and work with me to safely grow my lashes out AND keep my extensions. Now my natural lashes are grown back and thick and my lash extensions are better than ever. I will only go to Natalia . She also did my Microblading which was the BEST investment ever. If you are looking for the complete package look no further than Natalia as she does hair , makeup , lashes, brows AND teaches up and coming Beauty artists!

Booked an appointments for my girlfriends make up to be done for a wedding we were a part of. The establishment was extremely clean the owner was very friendly and courteous and did an amazing job, she was punctual and professional. My lady was beyond happy with the quality and look that she was provided. Everything was top of the line, down to the eye lashes. The owner was very informative and engaged in great conversation and provided magnificent customer service. I highly recommend Makeup by Pink, she definitely will have our business for future events.

Amazing! I absolutely loved my wedding makeup & hair! Natalia is super professional and incredibly talented. She went above and beyond, she listened to what I wanted, and the result was even better than I imagined! She also placed my extensions & flower crown perfectly. 8+ hours later everything still looked perfect & freshly done! Thank you, Natalia!

I couldn’t have chosen a better makeup artist for my wedding day. Showed up on time and went above and beyond to make me look beautiful. Her airbrush makeup is the best.. 8 hrs later I was still looking flawless. The level of expertise I received from Natalia’s 2-day Classic Lash Training was phenomenal. I walked away from the training with all of the essential tools and the skill set necessary for my success. She didn’t show up to my wedding, she did my trail for hair and make up. She was supposed to show up at my best friend place at 2:30 to get me ready by 4:30pm. When she didn’t showed I called her and she stated she was in Tampa and that she was not going to be able to make it. There was no one available two hours prior my wedding, I even offered to have some one pick her up and before she even called me back I tried to reached her several times and she ignored my calls. This was so far the worse experience I have ever encounter with a hair and make up person. I had to have my wedding pictures retake because of this !!!

I NEVER WRITE THESE, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I met the owner of this business at a bridal show in Tampa, Florida. In the beginning she was extremely professional and personable. I am planning a destination wedding and I flew in one weekend for hair and make up trial which went amazing. However, when it came down to actually booking my services, I was asked for 50% down of the full amount for everyone. I paid that and at that time I had asked if I wanted to continue to make payments if I should just reach out and ask. I was told yes. I reached out a couple weeks to a month later requesting an invoice so that I could continue to make payments. I was told “yes, I will send it tonight” I waited about 5 days to a week and never received an invoice. I asked again for an invoice and was told the same thing. This continued 3-4 times and I never received an invoice. I began to feel uneasy about the entire situation because all I was trying to do was pay her and she wasn’t being professional with me. I notified her that I was feeling uneasy and although I know the contract I had to sign says that the deposit is non refundable, I did not feel that was fair because I wasn’t being taken care of. She apologized and told me she had personal items going on and the last thing she wanted was for me to feel uneasy. She offered me 50% of my refund back “as a courtesy” if I still wanted to cancel my services. I told her I understood that she was going through a hard time but that I would still like to cancel services. She told me she would process that the next morning and it would be in my PayPal in 10-15 business days. Well, it’s been over that time frame, I have tried contacting her 3 times and she is choosing to ignore me. Unless you want to go through a nightmare, I would not recommend this company. Clearly they do not care about the brides they serve. I am going to be working on legal action to try to get my deposit back as they are choosing to ignore me.

It was my first time getting airbrush makeup and lashes- Absolutely loved it! Natalias work is flawless! She also responded quickly to my inquiry and was incredibly kind and personable! I would highly recommend her for any event or makeup/hair need!

Amazing! Natalia is very talented and sweet. So respectful and very creative. Her salon is very organized, neat, clean, and aesthetically pleasing! I will definitely come to her again. I took the eyelash extension class almost a year ago. I’ve reached out to the owner multiple times as I have YET to receive my certificate that she (forgot) to give me. I have corresponded with the owner on numerous occasions and she claims she has mailed the certificate. It has never come AND the owner has made it very clear that the certificate (that I have already paid for) is not a priority and isn’t coming. Being that I’m in the beauty industry, this is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I would definitely NOT recommend this unorganized and unprofessional company. Very poor customer service.
