If I could rate it zero stars I would. Never again will I take my lady there. I Definitely do not recommend.

Jolly is amazing been coming here for years get so so many compliments on my eye brows all the time I always send them to her she’s amazing don’t go to anyone else but her ask for jolly !!!! You won’t regret it

I would not go back to this place. I requested threading to remove hair from my upper lip and was advised to use waxing. I trusted the professional and agreed to her recommendation. In the process I was severely burned and skin was removed. The area where skin was removed didn’t even have any hair. While I was reimbursed my payment, I am left with possible scaring on my face. This has been a painful experience.

I dont play about my eyebrows. I came here on a Wednesday, one you g woman ahead of me and one lady threading. My eyebrows were bushy and I told her what I wanted: leave them thick please, but I need some shape. She did one side and aired on the side of caution but after a few minutes she spoke my love language and I have to say, I AM PLEASED. THANK YOU! Below find my before and after for reference

I was super excited to try this salon out but left disappointed. My eyebrows dont even match one is longer than the other the tint is pointed funny on one side and there are sparse hairs all over the ends. Im a soft spoken person so I just paid and left because I felt nervous to speak up. I included pictures for reference.

I have been coming here for years and always enjoy getting my eyebrows done with Jolly. She is fantastic! I always have the most perfect eyebrows and precision. Never thin! Just make sure you tell the person you work with how you want your eyebrows and a photo. They are so open to feedback! Very nice people!

Don’t EVER EVER EVER go to the lady in the right in the second chair. I grew my eyebrows out for 7 weeks and went in because I had an event to attend and wanted them to look fresh. I watched her do someone right before me and their eyebrows came out amazing. I explained to her I wanted them thick, boxy and a little thin on the end. The first brow she did was okay not the best. The second brown came out absolutely horrendous. I mean no shape, straight line, and super thin. I usually go to jolly but she was out of town until Monday. I’ll never ever ever ever let that lady touch my brows again. I’ve been going to this place for 2 years now and never had an issue. I would give this place 5 stars but unfortunately I just had my first terrible experience and want to share with you who you should trust when you go in there.

Jolly saved my eyebrows!!!! I got my eyebrows done at the mall and the lady completely messed up my eyebrows. They were uneven and patchy. Jolly fixed my brows and took her time on them. She is also very gentle with the thread, and it was the least painful eyebrow threading Ive ever had. Her prices are also great!

I’ve been coming to Jolly’s for almost three years now and I haven’t had a problem whatsoever. The pricing is great and I recommend Jolly for an outstanding threading job. On a weekday there is barely a wait and the process takes no more than 5 minutes. I recommended this place to a friend and he has continued to go since and is very happy with their work.

All the workers are not consistent. If I use someone other than Jolly, I usually walk away disappointed.

Spare your eyebrows, do not go here! They are so thread happy, I left with the thinnest eyebrows I’ve ever had. Very disappointed.

Ive been going to Jolly for a few years now, but lately shes hardly there. The past 4 times Ive gone she wasnt there. I took a chance with one of the other ladies and was extremely disappointed and had to grow my eyebrows out so they could be fixed. Unfortunately, I had to find a new place to go due to the inconsistency and never being able to link up with Jolly. I love her work and would still let her thread my brows (if I could catch her).....so if you do go, make sure to ask for Jolly!

This place is life. They saved my brows and have never messed them up, unlike waxing at nail salons. I drive 20 minutes and pass a hundred nail and hair salons and will not use anyone else again👌

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 2 years. I love Jolly but I just hate the fact that she has different people in there so much. Once you get use to one person they are gone and some others come in. The last 2 times I went I was not pleased so I am going to start scheduling an appointment for Jolly only.

Shobha is amazing. She does my eyebrows all the time. This is the one and only place I go to get my eyebrows done. The service is quick and easy. Threading and waxing is on point.

I used to prefer to come here, but it’s hard to catch someone if it’s near open or closing time. No one was there this morning when I tried to go at opening, and they’re supposed to be open until 6 but at 5:30 the place was closed. Change your hours if you can’t be there.

I dont know how this place got so many good reviews! They are not at all welcoming and very careless and rude. Never ever go there. Went there for hair cut and threading. The one who did the threading is the worst. She tried to take extra money from me. Worst experience.

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with my eyebrows. I visited twice, in hopes that the 2nd visit would be better than the first, but I was wrong. The staff is rude, and they clearly need some work to appropriately serve customers. To sum up my experience, I walked out with eyebrows that clearly did not match. Before I left, I asked the worker to fix it and she rolled her eyes, then walked to the register telling me to pay. Good luck on your visit, but I will never return.

Poor customer service.Came in signed in to get my eyebrows. As I watched the stylist closing out a customer. I started to get up and she yelled and a couple hopped in the caies ahead of me. The stylist then said something to the other person at the counter and said nothing to the couple that jumped ahead of me.
