I took my son to Hot Spot for Hair to fix a cut from another salon. Michelle answered my call and was so warm and friendly. He had upcoming pictures and she was able to fit him in with Tamela. We received a warm welcome from Michelle. Tamela was so wonderful with my son, and I was so pleased with his haircut. We will definitely be going back! Thanks for the professionalism.

The salon is beautiful and the staff is very nice. But I was completely blown away when I was charged almost $150 for a short haircut and color. that did not include a tip for the hairdresser who cut my hair and a tip for the hairdresser who colored my hair. Dont make the same mistake I made ask up front for a price!

Tamela is absolutely fabulous. She listens to her clients. Her work on my hair makes me happy.

Outstanding salon. Always friendly and open to what I want to do with my hair. Tamela is not only an exceptional stylist but a great honest person. Prices are comparable to most other great salons in the area.

The food was very good but they got our order wrong (We ordered the 4 piece fish and our waitress brought us a 3 piece fish) didnt fix the order. Notified a manager and still didnt get the additional piece also no compensation for error and they still charged us for a 4 piece dinner. Terrible customer service.

Tamilia is a lovely person as well as an amazing hair stylist. I feel very fortunate to have found her salon. Her talent has not been hidden, sometimes you have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, but she is so very worth it.
