My mom has been treated very well at Rosecastle. She likes it there very much. She has been happy there since day 1. They care for the residents and make sure they are well taken care of. Before COVID-19 They had many activities, they would take them out shopping, they would take them out to restaurants, etc. The place is always nicely decorated and very clean. The nurses are all very knowledgeable and sweet. The whole staff is very caring! During this Covid time they are doing their best and trying to keep our loved ones safe.

My mom has been at Rosecastle for 2 years now and LOVES it. The staff has gone out of their way to make sure she is comfortable. She loves the entertainment. I know this COVID time is very difficult for everyone and through this so far, my Mom is happy. She has food that she likes, staff checking in on her and watching TV. Every time I’ve gone into visit her, the entire place has been clean. Staff celebrates and decorates every holiday and have games to keep her mind active. Thank you to everyone at Rosecastle for doing a great job. Hope to be able to visit soon.

My mother moved into memory care in February 2020. It has been difficult to oversee her care due to COVID-19. The director and staff have worked tirelessly to care for my mom and other residents. I receive frequent communication and feel as though they are always available to me. Having a loved one with dementia is difficult and staff have been very supportive. Thank you nursing staff, director and all staff members for doing what I cannot. ❤️

My mom has been a resident there for over 2 years, we love it there. They treat her like family. During these times that have been very hard, they are going above and beyond! Totally recommend it!

During this “Pandemic Timeout” the staff, including the Director, have gone above and beyond. They have sent pictures, answered my calls/questions, FaceTimed when possible, and continual give the me assurance that my loved one is being well taken care of. Thank you Rosecastle at Delaney Creek!

Horrible establishment please pay close attention if you have family here, because they may be one of the residents being abused not every worker is looking out for the best interest of the clients here. Not following Covid 19 safety guidelines at all times. Seriously check on your family. Leaving clients wet, physically attacking them using coercion on them & other employees who want to do the right thing. Then complaints falling on death ears. If your family is not acting normal or trying to hint something is wrong dont ignore the cry for help this place is sickening & ik truly disgusted. Dont get caught in the smoke & mirrors & all the illusions as I & others have.

Within the last year, my church has been able to do volunteer work at Rosecastle at Delaney Creek. Every time we have been able to go it has been an impactful experience. Not only are the residents well taken care of but the staff is loving and truly care for the residents. I have been able to volunteer at many ALF’s and I have to say that Rosecastle at Delaney Creek is one of the best assisted-living facilities I have ever walked into. The administration is top notch. The business manager is well-knowledged and cares for her staff and residents, always with a smile on her face. You can feel the warmth and care. The residents truly seem happy there. The facility is clean and well taken care of. As a healthcare professional I have visited many ALF’s and Rosecastle at Delaney Creek stands out!

I am a new employee and I am very happy with everyone in the facility very helpful and informative. The residents love the staff and the interaction with patients is amazing. Great place to work at and also a place i recommend for living. I would definitely bring my family members there.

We have finally found a very, very nice place for mom. Everything about Rosecastle is great! The staff is unbelievable, the rooms and halls are extremely clean. I had lunch with her today and even the food was delicious! Nurses are so friendly and willing to stop what they are doing to help! We will all sleep better knowing that mom is here and being looked after so well!

Ive worked for this place for over a year and just love it. Employees are treated well and working conditions are great. The residents seem very happy and really get to know them and there familys and this is what nursing should be all about. Also the place is very clean and the food is very good.

Great facilty and staff to work with. Very responsive to bit o it the residents they serve, but to the vendors and community. Was able to participate in their Alzheimer’s fundraiser and the staff were extremely helpful and I loved seeing how the new everyone by name. Residents seem very happy and enjoy all the events they have. Great community.

I love working here. I been there 6 years and i stay because of the love we have for the residents. The place is home to all our residents.

My grandfather lived there and the staff took great care of him. They are caring and very experienced in Alzheimer’s care. I can’t speak highly enough about everyone that works there.

My grandmother has been living at Rosecastle for the past 6 months, I cannot believe the improvements that we have seen in her. She has gained weight (she LOVES the food), she has friends that she socializes with daily, and her overall health and outlook have dramatically improved!! I am so thankful for the caring staff and administration at Rosecastle. Now my grandmother looks forward to her days rather than staying in bed everyday with no friends her age to talk to. We are SO happy we found such a great place for her!

Rosecastle is extremely clean and smells very wonderful especially on the memory care. Some of The workers take pride in their job! Especially the CNA’S and the housekeeper and laundry lady on the day shift on Memory care.

Excellent place! They are always doing fun things for the residents! The facility is always clean and the staff is always welcoming!

Rosecastle is a warming and very clean environment and I’ve always seen the Daytime Employees working so hard and put so much hard effort into their work and the Love for the Residents than any other employees. My Granny’s hair is combed and her clothes is clean and she smells wonderful and I know it’s from the wonderful CNA Rosanny and Maria and my granny’s room is so clean and smells wonderful and her laundry is always clean and done in an extremely nice manner. I would recommend this place to anyone Due to the Employees (Day Crew : CNA’S ,Nurses ,Housekeepers ,Laundry)

This is a great place to work. Very friendly staff and clean work place.

My grandmother has lived at Delaney Creek for 5 years and has had the best treatment and experience! She loves it there and wouldnt want to be anywhere else. She gets to play bingo every day if she wants to and go on shopping outings to various local stores. They have daily senior exercise classes and weekly entertainment, so there is never a dull moment. And theres an onsite hair salon so she can get her hair and nails done, which is so convenient. Plus the staff and management at Rosecastle Delaney Creek have always been courteous and helpful every time I have visited her. The building is always really clean and the décor is very homey and inviting. They are always updating the decorations for various seasons and holidays, so its always warm and inviting. I hope I am lucky enough to live at a place like Rosecastle Delany Creek when I am her age.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would! If you care about your loved one, this facility is not the place for them! They are liars! They do not care for your loved one, and are abusive. I am now waiting several weeks for them to get back to me to tell me how much they are going to refund me for the the lack of care, and abuse my parent received. I do not believe I will hear from them! Just more lies! Shame on you, Christopher, and Heather!
