My mother in law is in this facility she was in accident and I was told that there would be an exception for me and my fiancé to be able to come and see her with our daughter (4 years old) but only one adult could go in and I get here and they do no so I have clothes that she need and they won’t let me in

My friend had a car accident and stayed in this place, which is actually a hospital equipped with professional nurses and doctors. My friend and his family could not speak English so I served as the point of contact interacting with the care team. All people there are phenomenal, especially the case manager Laura Savage, who went above and beyond to help the family from proper communications, treatment plan, equipment, medications, to detailed needs for discharge. No words can express the appreciation and the wonderful experiences working with them. Definitely recommend it!

Went yesterday to visit a friend. Masks are still required to all visitors. Sign in sheet and temp check. The elevator for visitors is old and needs to be replaced. Think it same one from 1980s when i went there. Needs updates

Rude, rude people. Clueless people who think they are better then anyone at front desk. Its no wonder why this place has bad reviews

Wonderful experience here as my mother suffered a stroke. PT, OT, SP were all amazing. The 3 north staff was very attentive to my mother and our family as we went through this difficult time. Nurse Stephanie and Maggie provided excellent care and always made sure my mother was taken care of. Food was very good. Wish we could’ve brought in food to refrigerate but we made it work with a cooler due to the policy. Thank you Braintree Rehab.

We had a terrible experience at Encompass. My mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 glioblastoma and was sent to Encompass for rehab after brain surgery. Her OT and PT support was fantastic- Abby and Julieanne were amazing and so communicative. Her case worker Robyn was abysmal. We had very little communication, and had to navigate a confusing and bewildering healthcare system with a dying mother. We didn’t learn that she had fallen several times. We didn’t know that the doctor at Encompass consulted her oncologist about her deteriorating condition. We asked repeatedly for a simple written explanation of what to expect, but didn’t get any. My mother was discharged with a need for injections and we were taught to do injections via FaceTime. No visiting nurses or home health care aides to injections, but we didn’t know that. So now we are DIY’ing care for our dying mother. Multiple external health care providers have expressed shock at the lack of guidance we have received for our paralyzed mother who is dying of brain cancer. I would not recommend Encompass.

The communication from this facility is absolutely horrible. We tried for hours and hours to get a hold of someone for information in my mother in law is a patient. After being assured that there was case managers and Drs on staff 24/7 we tried to speak to one or the other for hours and just got blown off. I spoke with someone who claimed to be a nursing supervisor she tied to hurry me off the phone saying she would call me back...only problem with that was until I insisted she didnt have a number to call us back, Knowing she obviously didnt intend to call us back she also did not want me to speak to anyone else. I would recommend if they want to put 1 of your loved ones here RUN as fast as you can find another facility where the actually care about patients. They will sell you how much they care here like a used car but believe me they dont give a damn about you or your family

I went to Braintree rehab pediatric with my children hundreds of times over two years. Paid co-pays at all visits. Now a year later their billing department sends bills in error to collections on me. The receptionist says not to worry about it and no need to pay it was a glitch and many patients got the same type of copay bill from a collections agency. And the woman at billing at the hospital is on vacation and even when she gets back Im told she has a lot on her plate and I will eventually be contacted with an update. Ive not only wasted my time with hours of phone calls, but now my credit history and score is in jeopardy. This place went down hill. I saw it change hands I think three times while I was bringing my kids there. The therapists were always great, and the reception team was super nice, but they all eventually quit because no one wanted to work there. Two PTs we had quit, one went down to 1 night a week and our speech therapist quit. And now this billing issue. Contacting my lawyer soon.

Its not the worst place in the world but if you want your otherwise healthy parent who needs physical therapy after surgery bunked with a dying and completely ignored and lonely geriatric who is constantly moaning in pain yet utterly passed by everyone as though she doesnt even exist, then this is place for you.The exit coordinator Susan is emblematic with whats wrong with the care here. They are in, if course, a considerable rush to take your money and then boot you out as quickly as possible, but if you miss their 345pm cut off to sign off on exit arrangements for OT or PT then apparently theres nobody else in the building who can help you -- even though-- multiple people are listed as capable of doing so, you are literally punished and caused delay, but dont worry, Susan will be sure to call you and leave a sarcastic, immature, and unprofessional message to let you know that you play by her rules. Think Ben Stillers nurse in Happy Gilmore. The only reason anyone should choose to be at Encompass for rehab is...... hang on hold my beer while I try to think of a reason...

I was unfortunate enough to be badly injured in a motorcycle accident in May of last year, but thankfully I was fortunate enough to be transferred here when I was able to be released from Boston Medical. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. Their nursing staff, Drs, medical assistants, and even the people that delivered my meals and cleaned my room were beyond perfect. I cant thank enough my PT people Nick and Gale for their endless hours of encouragement and therapy that got me back if not better to were I am today.. I gave up many times, but because of Nick, Gale, and all the staff at Braintree Rehab, I am living the life I am today. I give back every day to people in need, because I am thankful for being here.

Seems okay. Went to visit someone. Looks like it went through a minor renovation. In a quiet neighborhood. I heard the beds arent very comfortable and the food isnt the best, but its a hospital, so cant really say Im surprised.

Horrific! Not worth even 1 star. The level of care and communication poor. They released my father with the flu and c diff! A day after I spoke with staff and telling them he did not sound right and needed further testing. The case manager was clueless and had no idea what was going on. He collapsed within 15 minutes of entering the house and was rushed to hospital and is still in rehab( different facility) 4 weeks later.

If your loved one or you is fortunate enough to be admitted to BRH, you would find that the treatment consists of nothing but the utmost professional care. The entire staff is well trained and passionately committed to the patients recovery. From the wonderful Director, Dianne Simmons, to the physicians, therapists, and nurses right down to the cleaning and maintenance crew, there is an esprit de corps which transcends everything in this immaculate and well run facility. I have had experience with other such hospitals and this has not been the case. Thank you BRH for all that you are.

The phone call to become a new patient was a disappointment. If they cant handle new patients with care over the phone, I wouldnt want to see what they do with my torn tendon. I will not be taking my inquiry further.
