Convenient and quick care. I was able to walk in for animal scratch/bite. In and out in less than one hour. Staff were friendly and the provider is an MD/Physician. The provider made sure I was informed and understood my plan of care before leaving. I received a written summary and my prescription was e-prescribed to my pharmacy without issue.

When my children, husband or myself get sick or have an injury, I always head to AFC Urgent Care!! Yes, we do have our personal providers, however, when the illness or injury is not severe, I can count on AFC to see us quickly and provide great care. I do not know anyone who wants to wait to be seen!! I highly recommend AFC for quality care that does not disappoint. The fact that you can depend on them to be seen quickly is a bonus especially if you are not feeling well or have little ones

Professional fast treatment. This clinic utilizes multiple Hepa filtering systems in the waiting area for patients! This means they are optimizing every precaution to keep their staff and patients safe. The Physicians Assistant treating me was professional, personable, throughly explained treatment options and testing. Had to make appts for two kids to get covid tested for school. Online booking system was easy. Telehealth meeting with the doctors through my phone while sitting in the parking lot. Not having to go inside with two kids who would touch everything was a nice touch. Friendly staff. Doctor was very attentive and understood what we needed. The covid test trailer was easy to get to and friendly staff in there as well. Highly recommend this place as my husband had to take our daughter to the Health Express in Weymouth for covid test the week before. And they had to wait for 1 hour and 2 hours later were seen, IN PERSON. It didn’t make me feel safe with covid going around and having to go inside where other sick people were also seen, for a covid test for school.

Cant say enough about AFC Braintree. I go there for everything except my annual with my Atrius Dr. So professional, never have to wait. I went for a covid test the other day. Was on hold with Atrius Covid line for 20 minutes, told just have to wait. Cld AFC had appt. in one minute, went and had rapid test and negative. Just sinus infect.

I was turned away after having to do a video consult in my car because I had overlapping covid symptoms. I was throwing up because I was already nauseous from having strep and having to sit in my car then try to look at my phone for a video consult. The dr told me that he couldn’t help me since I was actively throwing up and needed to go to er. I really felt I had strep and didn’t need to go to er. I ended up going to another clinic they saw me no problem in person no telehealth meeting. I was diagnosed with strep and out of the office in less than 20mins. The er was not necessary. Would not recommend this place.

I took my son there for an ear infection and they were Great.

Although I was at the urgent care center for Covid testing( both daughter + hubby tested positive Wednesday + Thursday) + I have been on a higher dose of Prednisone for my recent systemic lupus flare, your PA was very concerned that my tachycardia needed hospital attention. My heart rate came down to a reasonable rate while waiting for my positive results. I am grateful that he was concerned.

Dr. Phyllis Fine and her staff were incredibly welcoming to me. I felt taken care of from the moment I arrived. They listened to everything I needed to share, and were thorough in providing me info about any prescriptions and the timeframe for receiving any lab work results. I wish that Dr. Fine could be my regular PCP. The facility was clean inside, masks were worn, and I had to call the front desk to answer a survey about Covid before I was able to enter. They also took my temperature when entering the building. Overall, great experience and would recommend!

AFC urgent care was absolutely perfect. I was traveling from out of town and hurt my wrist. They took me right away taking all of the Covid precautions and I was seen and diagnosed within 30 minutes, X-rays and all. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. I went here on Tuesday 12/29 because I felt like I had an ear infection. The admin pre screened me for Covid-19 and I said no to all of the questions. Once I got in, I was seen by the nurse who asked me the questions again. I told her that I had some sinus pressure because of the ear infection. She said, “you told the admin that” She huffed and kept shaking her head. She had an awful attitude. The doctor was dismissive and I felt like he didn’t even want to check me. He checked my ears for a second! Literally a second! He said I didn’t have an ear infection and diagnosed me with sinusitis and insisted I get tested for COVID-19. I was negative, went home and took Claritin like he suggested. 4 days later I got checked at CareCentral in Stoughton. I got properly checked and it turns out I had a double ear infection!!! I understand that it’s a stressful time but at least treat your patients with some care and compassion . Definitely not coming back. Terrible staff.

I just needed to say I had to change my 4 star to 3. I did receive excellent service by staff but my only concern was my mission diagnosis on my discharge sheet of Pilonidal Cyst without abscess. Not true I have a large abscess the size of a fifty cent piece. I call to ask why I was misdiagnose and was told that was the procedure code came up. I now need to go to my PCP I am in constant pain still doing warm soaks.

I would like to thank Jerry for her amazing professionalism and Lee the director for giving me a follow up call-hence the one star rating. However, it must be known that I was told by the doctor and another nurse, who stood with their hands folded, we usually dont see patients with dementia. We usually see healthier younger patients, when my father could not get on the x-ray table. His dementia makes it challenging to follow commands because he cant remember. Hes still hurting because he needed more than an x-ray that day according to other doctors. I was encouraged by his medical team to re-post this so that it can be known: if you have a loved one with dementia its not the place for them right now. I believe Lee shared she was working on making changes as she genuinely seemed upset by what she heard.

I initially thought my appointment was fine. The nurses and the doctors were friendly and assured me I would have test results the very next day for step throat and that I would get a phone call. If it was negative, I likely have the virus going around. Three days later and now New Year’s Eve I received no phone calls. I have had to call them myself twice. Now the staff is saying it takes a long time for cultures to grow so they don’t know when my test results will be ready. The Dr. assured me results would definitely be in the next day. I could’ve gone to my own PCP in the meantime and Instead of waiting on this ridiculous urgent clinic for two days. The receptionist repeats over and over it takes a while for cultures to grow. I asked then why did the doctor say the next day the results will be ready. She responds saying I’m not sure. No details on whether I’m contagious or not or what I have exactly.

Refused care just because my colleague was tested Covid positive and I simply needed an EKG done just as a precaution. Instead they wanted me to go to the ER because they didn’t want me to come.

She told me that i was not suppose to recieve any service because i cannot understand or read english. My cousin offered to translate and she said it was not an option! I will give 1 star to Kary because she was nice and very professional! I would not recommend anyone to go there! Amanda needs to learn that everyone should be treated with respect.

Visiting from Los Angeles and called several local doctors for my daughter. AFC was the only place that would help us. They treated us with great care. Highly recommend. My daughter needed 1 more vaccination for the 7th grade and AFC helped us without hesitation. Other doctors didn’t want to help us because we are from another state.

I have been a patient at Urgent Care, Braintree, Ma since they opened. I have had nothing but excellent care there. The Doctors, Nurses and the staff are the best. Every time I visited there my waiting time has been minimal. When you are called, you are seen by a nurse first to get you ready for the Doctor, which saves so much time when the Doctor comes to your room. They are all very professional, along with very knowledgeable of their job. Kudos to all the staff at Urgent Care.

They claim that they offer COVID testing by appointment but their appointments are always “booked”, even if you’re on their website at literally 12:01 AM the day that the appointment slots are supposed to open for booking.

Wait time was super short (I could go during my lunch break and get right back) and doctor was very helpful and informative about my medical issue. She seemed to truly love helping people. Would absolutely go again if I am in the area (I live in Cambridge, but work in Dorchester)

I was very highly impressed with my care at AFC. My doctor was not able to see me and suggested that I go to urgent care. The front desk staff was very friendly. I was taken right in and the paramedic was very professional. I then saw the PA who was thorough and caring. I am a nurse practitioner myself so I am usually critical of my care and I could not speak highly enough of this urgent care! I would recommend them to my husband family/friends. It is so nice to know that I have this urgent care right in my town of Braintree!

Just had such a pleasant experience here! Came in around 3:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. Granted there were only 2 patients in front of me, but even with filling out the forms I waited maybe 12 minutes in the waiting room and less than 5 minutes between taking vitals and being seen by the medical provider. The front staff were friendly and answered all my questions, and the facilities were all clean and well organized. The waiting room provided free refreshments as well, such as small water bottles, for your wait. After my visit I even opted in for a quick flu shot (and quick it was) as it was covered under my insurance. My e-prescription was sent to my regular pharmacy, and I was provided with a post-visit care sheet with some follow-up information.Would not hesitate in walking in again for my medical needs, as this was very convenient given making an appointment with my regular PCP would have meant waiting nearly a week.

Everyone there was extremely nice and caring. I live in CT, and so I took a chance going somewhere I didnt know anything about and felt very comfortable with the staff and the facility. They were also very efficient at paperwork and getting patients in to the back. Everything was super easy and they even recommended me a pharmacy just down the road where my prescription was set and ready to go upon arrival.

I tripped and hurt my ankle while on vacation in Boston. They got me in, X-rayed my ankle, got my results, and equipped me with crutches and a stint, all in less than an hour. They also provided free coffee and cold water bottles which was super appreciated. Very nice people.

Dont waste your time getting a Covid-19 test from this place they take 12-14 days to give you the results. What is the point?

Didnt like how my daughter and myself were treated. I knew my daughter had pneumonia (since shes had it before) and i specifically stated that in the paperwork and the doctor quickly ruled it out and said her xrays were clear even though he said he heard her right lung did sound funny. I felt like he rushed us out of there and totally misdiagnosed my child. She in fact did have pneumonia because i went elsewhere afterwards. I left that place dis satisfied and as a mother i knew my child displayed every symptom of pneumonia. Horrible service and will never go back. & staff in the front desk need to be nicer.

I visited Doctors Express for the first time last night at around 5:15. My total wait time was less than five minutes and I was back on the road by 6:00. The facility is spotless with a bright waiting room, water and coffee. It was a quick and easy visit with a caring doctor. I rarely get sick but if I have any future issues, thats exactly where I will go.

Went after work on a Tuesday night. In and out in less than 50 minutes. Very clean and everyone was very professional. Saw Dr. Kelly Lannutti who was exceptionally caring and friendly and she actually listened to me. They called in my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I am home and already feeling better. No more coughing. Love this place and Im so glad I didnt waste my time going to my PCP.

I was in town for work and pulled something in my back. Being from Chicago and not knowing any doctors here I scheduled an appointment with them. They are an extremely nice staff !! I have used AFC Urgent Care Braintree three times and all three times I have been seen by caring and knowledgable staff. They get you in and out without you feeling rushed. They listen to your issue and let you know what options you have.

After three days having stomach pain. I ran to Dr Express in Braintree. Thank God they were open until 8:00 pm. I informed the physician of my symptoms. After a quick check of my vitals. I was instructed to go to the nearest emergency room. And that I could have a life threatening condition. I was transported to South Shore Hospital and was informed that my Gallbladder was severely infested and needed too be removed ASAP. I was on the operating table a few hours later. The front desk staff attendant named Melissa is absolutely rude and has no people skills. Second time I have been here and she was rude the first time as well as the second. I have been here a few weeks before the the pandemic reached Massachusetts. - They were very professional and friendly. If need arises, AFC is the first place I, or my family, will go.

Upon arrival I filled out paperwork which asks questions in regards to current medications lists and other personal information including gender ID and sexual orientation. I look like and identify as a female, yet doctors, front counter staff and medical assistance continually referred to me as he/sir. I find it to be very rude, especially considering I had been handed paperwork which designates my gender marker.If your going to ask someone how they would like to be called, and address them differently… Why even ask the question? This is not a mistake, it’s sheer ignorance and carelessness. Thank you urgent care I will not be recommending you to anyone I know.

They are so professional and you don’t need an appointment. They got me in and out in 25 minutes. Including taking x-rays.

I went for a medical card required for a mass hoisting license and they denied me stating that I need a drivers license because its for driving They were very short with me, and obviously ignorant because you do not need a drivers license for a medical card that is required to operate machinery or equipment that does not operate on roadways. My gripe with them is if you are certified to administer the state examination you should know pertinent information before turning people away and wasting their time. Know the facts or dont administer the exam!

If I am in need or someone in my family. Always go to AFC Braintree. Staff and covering physicians were very nice.

This was a positive experience until 5 months after the visit I got a phone call from a DEBT COLLECTOR saying I owed $44 additional for this visit (after I paid a co-pay and my insurance covered what I assumed was everything else). No bill, no phone call from them. Just a call from a debt collector saying they were going after my credit if I didnt pay the $44 I had literally no idea I owed. Cool. Would never even consider going back after that. Over $44. Give me a break.

Unless itsi your annual physical, why would you wait to see a doctor in the office when you can go to AFC Urgent Care? The front desk staff are great but the providers are WONDERFUL. They take their time with you, listen to you and then come up with a plan. Theres hardly any wait. ItsI very clean and they have coffee.

I have used the facility several times on an urgent basis and have never been disappointed they are efficient and thorough and explaining what the prognosis is I definitely would highly recommend them in a pinch
