55$ for a FILL? She also charged me for “coffin” shape (they’re literally all different shapes) and 2 nails that had a design that looked nothing like the picture I showed her. The polish job is sloppy as hell. My friend was next to me and the woman who was doing her nails drilled into her skin, she didn’t even finish hers and left before she either lost more skin or she had to pay more for some horrendous nails. I was in a pinch so went here, save your money and your nails and go elsewhere.

Cindy not only was rude. Didn’t know how to do anything I kept asking. Not to mention charged $80 for a fill, repair and a simple white polish. And I had to go home a file name because it was so rough. I didn’t Waste my time going back because if They couldn’t do it right the first time the chances are the second time they won’t and they will make you feel uncomfortable. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSE WHERE! Also I had the three nails they replaced popped off. And I called to inform them and they said we can give you a discount. Knowing I live 2 hours away. Pathetic.

They get 3 stars, mainly for location and ambience. I got a manipedi and the service was just fair. I was cut in two fingers without any acknowledgement. No hellos or smiles from anyone.My pedicure was was rushed and when I saw my technician leave hurriedly right after I realized she was rushing to close. I had great expectations but they weren’t met.

I went in with an inspiration picture now I understand you can’t do it the exact same way however what I asked for versus what I got doesn’t even remotely look the same, I don’t normally write reviews however when my finger nails look like Cheetos I have to make an exception. If you were looking for a great pedicure this is the place to go however they need to step up and keep up to date with new trends and should Really do training and learn new styles it’s frustrating to have something in mind and get something completely opposite of what you ask for and the price of the nails was a bit hefty as well beware!

I never leave reviews but this place left a lasting impression. This place is NOT clean. Went in for a “spa pedicure”..water was cold, nails weren’t filed straight, the tool she used to push back cuticle and clean under toe nails was used and then she just sprayed them with something and put them back, she seemed to be rushing when I was the only customer in the salon at the time (which should have been a sign), the mask that usually stays on your legs for bit, it was rubbed in with the exfoliant and rinsed off right after- so I have no idea what happened there. $50 and it was the most NON relaxing and cringy “spa pedicure”experience I have ever received!

I am so upset!! I paid almost $100 for a gel mani/pedi INCLUDING tip! The lady who did my nails rushed me out the door and my manicure was sloppy. I went back two days later to get my nails fixed and this is how it looks. Mind you. I came in at 10am because that’s when she told me to. I had work at 10:30 and ended up being 15 mins late to work because the manager didn’t come on time and took forever! I showed the manager my nails and she claimed it was only a few nails that needed to be fixed and that because my thumb nail was chipped, that’s why the gel didn’t stay on. Please. I should’ve just told them to take it all off and give me money back. The photos showed are how I looked after getting my nails fixed THIS MORNING! I should’ve read the reviews before coming into this nail salon. I’ve never gotten my nails done this sloppy!

Not normally a review writer but after having to go back to have them fix THEIR f-up after already receiving horrible service the day before. Then receiving even worst service, this review was ever so necessary. I paid $130 dollars for this BS... that same day all my nails started to lift and peel. I went back the following day to have my nails fixed... what a mistake. The nail tech tried to make it my fault that the nails peeled and werent buffed correctly. These pictures are the result of me going back... NEVER AGAIN... their excuse for bad service was they were really busy... thats fine but I still had to pay full price for less than subpar service.

I got serviced by Lee for a lovely eye brow wax right at closing time, my 2nd visit was with Mai for a gel manicure… it lasted a week but I don’t mind!

Had a good experience getting a pedicure here and would recommend, but be aware about mysterious upcharges on your bill. Be sure to be as clear and as firm as possible about the option you selected, or else you may end up getting the most expensive treatment without having asked for it.

This place has late hours which is awesome for a 9-5er like myself! They also do a great job with gel mani/pedis! Definitely will be going back

!ACRYLIC NAILS DO NOT LAST MORE THAN A 2 DAYS!My sister went to this place to get set of acrylics. The price was higher than any typical nail salon which is usually $35-$40 for a set of nails. The woman who charged her Debt card took a $25 tip without her permission. Her total in all was $75 for just the regular acrylic set, and nothing additional like design or gel paint!!! To top this all off, HER NAILS JUST PEALED RIGHT OFF AFTER 2 DAYS OF HAVING THEM. They are supposed to last A MONTH. Very disappointing especially having a ridiculous price. She called the woman back and they would not refund her money or at least the tip. I do not recommend this place. You will waste your money.

My first visit since Covid-19 reopening. I got there at about 6:00pm. I was done with my pedicure by 6:40 pm. I only wanted clear nail polish. There was only one other customer there when I arrived. The mall closes at 7 pm so this is probably why. I have been coming here for years. The service I received today is the service I am accustomed to. All of the workers, including my nail tech were wearing masks. I didnt notice any hand sanitizer but I had my own so I didnt look too hard for it. I did see a couple signs at the entrance that said, wash your hands. They have installed a plastic partition at the front desk and while seated in the pedicure chair there is a pull down plastic partition. You would have to adjust the chair so that you get the maximum benefit from the partition. When my nail tech pulled it down there was a six inch space between my knees and the bottom of the plastic partition. If you adjust the seat you should be able to decrease that space. There is also a plastic partition at the drying station. So if the person sitting across from you is talking the partition serves as a barrier.

They were definitely rushing to finish and you can tell in the final job. Excess color was not cleaned off and looks sloppy. They werent unfriendly but definitely not as thorough on the manicure as we were looking for. They did barely any prep work on cuticles.

I love this place! It’s a beautiful and relaxing place! The nails technicians were very friendly and highly skilled. Although I had to wait sometime when it got crowded but my nails looked fabulous after their magical touch!I really like Linh! She’s the best there. Love her!

I recently reserved the back room for our group of 12 for manicure/pedicures. Nancy and her staff were wonderful and so accommodating to our group! The area in the back is perfect for a private party where everyone can stay together while receiving services. This was such a fun way to start a birthday celebration, I will definitely book this location again! Fabulous spa experience!

Recommend Cindy for nails especially when doing ombré. She takes her time but doesn’t go to slow. And also she does a wonderful job at matching what you want. and for the work that is done it has a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this place in general especially for exotic and different nails.

So Im new at getting my nails done and a couple weeks ago I got them done here, they lasted quite a while especially with where I work. The nail technician was kind and careful, I believe her name was Annie, and the looked phenomenal. Unfortunately since the visit I needed my nails to be redone quickly so I had to go to another place, would definitely recommend coming here again!

This is a wonderful and peaceful nail spa and has a bunch of variety of nail types to do . I especially recommend Cindy who pays attention to detail and does a great job at making sure what she does is up to your satisfaction. She overall is one of the many great nail techs. I definitely recommend Cindy for ombré and many other styles.

I had high expectations because don’t get me wrong. The place looked great. I went to get gel acrylic tips and I was so exited to have nice nails for a party. I wanted a French design. And it took almost an hour just to draw the French tip. The nails themselves were uneven and way too thin. And the shape was off so I had to fix it when I got home. Maybe it was just me, but I won’t be coming back here.

I just went there with my friend today, and the people there were nice but the results were terrible. They put plastic bags on your feet afterwards and it just smudged it all. They didn’t bother to wipe the excess nail polish of my feet. I payed 35 dollars including tip. For me to pay that much i expected a lot and didn’t receive it.

Love this place!!! Just did my ombre full set and I love it. Coming because of the decor caught my eyes, I didnt think it can look so natural like this. Definitely come back

They were very nice this time and let me pay by Venmo. It was close to closing so I wasn’t so bothered by the crowding around me and my partner, I understood it because obviously they want to go home. He was very pleased with his pedicure and I was very pleased with my acrylics.

Ive been going to this location well over a year now (I mainly would get Gel manicure and pedicure).About a month ago I decided to get acrylics again with a different nail tech because I loved how she did the coffin shape. Now I did the acrylics with gel so it can last longer.When she applies the gel nail polish i felt like she was rushing the process. Then when I was done it didnt even look like I had gel nail polish.The polish didnt look shiny how its suppose to. 2 of my nails broke 4 days later. I was extremely upset because I paid about $60 just for my hands not even a pedicure included. I go back and i pay again to have it fixed because i had a baby shower to go to the next day. I paid another $40 including eyebrow wax and change of color because I couldnt find the original color. Literally the next day (day of the baby shower) Im getting ready and two more nails break! after i spent a total of $100 with in a week, specifically for the baby shower. I didnt get to arrive at the baby shower with my nails done. I went back to let the manager know i either need a refund or my nails fixed AGAIN for free. they fixed the broken nails again and re did the gel nail polish so that it looks like gel, But Im not coming here again. It was a HEADACHE especially when i work full-time. I dont have the time to have to keep getting my nails fixed, It should last at least 2 weeks. Ive been getting acrylics done for about 8 years now.

Unbelievably bad service. My friends and I arrive at 7:45 for her 8 appointment so she can get a gel french manicure and regular pedicure. She didn’t get seated in a chair until around 8:15 which was okay until the nail technician completely walked away for nearly a half hour. Then when the did start my friend emphasized that she had a spray tan and to please be careful around her feet because she didn’t want it to be too blotchy. Still, the woman rubbed the tan practically off the top of her feet snd had blotches. They were unbelievably rude during the entire thing also. They asked my friend to remind them what she wanted done for her hands and when she reminded them of the french manicure, they scoffed and got annoyed that it was 9:30. It is not my friend nor my fault that your employee did not begin doing anything until nearly 45 minutes after her appointment was supposed to be. The entire time she was getting her manicure done employees were just standing around us and getting annoyed at the fact it was past closing time. It was an extremely uncomfortable environment to be in and no customer should be treated like that. Finally when we did leave, her pedicure didn’t even come out that well and neither did the french manicure. When we did leave the spa, we had to wander around the mall for nearly 20 minutes to find an unlocked door, because again, we were there until an hour after the mall closed. I would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone and will never set foot in there again. Please be aware of how you treat customers and manage your time.

I Always have a good experience. I never have a long wait, my nails always stay beautiful full a long time. The technicians have great customer service.

This salon does not care about their customer’s time. I made an appointment for 5 pm after two of my acrylic nails had broken off in less than a week of them being done initially. I waited a half hour to be seen. I made it clear I was coming on my break and just needed the two nails fixed. They treated me as if I did not make an appointment and made it clear they did not value my time. I will not be returning here. They do not deserve my hard earned money.

It’s really hit or miss in here and every time I go it’s a miss and I get the same thing every time and it’s always just a “fine” job. They need to start letting people know that there are changes in prices I shouldn’t be spending $100 on a gel full set and gel pedi. AND they should not be asking for tips! Tipping is an option and people do it when good service is provided.

This place is beautiful but their work is not great. I went there twice and both times, within a matter of 3 days the nails started breaking off. This place charges a pretty penny so to have nails fall off soon after being done is discouraging. I will not go back.

Went in for a gel dip and the tech did an amazing job. decided to go back and unfortunately the tech was not there, so I let another tech do it...big mistake! first, she basically threw the other tech under the bus claiming she did not do a good job and that she did not know what she was doing ( even though I loved my nails the first time). Well this new tech did my nails, and not even 24 hours later my nails began to crack and my cuticles were cut so deep, my skin started peeling. I called and they told me to come in and they would do all of my nails over, well when I got there the blame was put on me and I was told the only way they would do my nails is if I let the horrible tech that messed my nails up do it..absolutely not! then I explained my disappointment and how I feel I wasted $50 and again, blame was placed on me. I will never go back there, too many nail places to chose from for businesses to treat you this way

I haven’t been coming here for that long, but I’ve been seeing Nancy (the manager) for years. She’s very meticulous, professional and clean when she does your service. I go to her for everything. She does my facials, nails and waxing.

Put my name on the list because there were 10 people ahead of me and the girl at the front desk said she would call me when they could take me but I never heard from them. I really liked the old nail place at this location, this new salon doesnt seem to care about customers.

I cant stress enough how awful this place is. Upon arrival the manager and employee were fighting in front of customers. Finally was seated 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. The woman I had was so rude Ive never experienced anything like it .Im not one to complain but she was so aggressive and kept yelling at me, I was literally counting down the time I couldnt wait for it to be over. She kept stopping to talk to co-workers, got up several times through out the process. When I asked her if she could please cut my nails down (they where very long)she yelled at me telling me I shouldnt be complaining. The manager came over and proceeded to tell me I dont need my acrylics cut down, they are fine the way they are , another employee came over and joined in.I finally just said enough got up with wet nails, paid and left. I still cant fathom this incident considering how ridiculous is was. I will never go back here, I just cant get over how rude they where. What also made the me nervous was the tools didnt seem sanitary that they where using during the pedicure, which is downright disgusting.

The nail tech Ken was very nice and thorough. The deluxe mani-pedi was a treat. I also enjoyed my back facial, though a painful experience admittedly.But these eyelash extensions are irritating my eyes to heck. Nancy (owner) tells me it’s just my eyes getting used to them, because it’s the first time, but dang. My left eyelid was swollen and both eyeballs were heavily bloodshot starting last night (day 3, days 1-2 were just slightly itchy and irritated but not that bad), and the stabbing pain in one area is supposedly a loose eyelash that got stuck inside. Unpleasant experience that I thoroughly regret. Try the other services but don’t do eyelash extensions! Seriously, don’t. And don’t do walk-in service if you can avoid it, book someone who’s got a wait list. I think I know why I was able to get immediate service let’s just say that.

Not a fan of this place. I figured I give it a shot because it was under new management. My nails came out nice, I can’t complain about that. But the lady who was doing them I wasn’t a fan of. She kept getting mad at me because I was having a hard time understanding her, and she kept adding up the price of my pedicure after I was saying just a regular one please. I felt very rushed during my experience. I’ll just keep going to my regular salon.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, the service here is horrible. My friend got a white polish change on her feet and the polish was grey, the nail tech also painted on the skin around the nail and it looked really messy, and to top it off the nail tech DUG HER NAIL into my friends foot leaving a deep dark red cut. She’s even complained and the lady snapped “stop moving” when we asked for a refund their manager said that because my friend wasn’t bleeding, yes bleeding, she wouldn’t give us a refund. I was appalled what a disgusting way to run a business.

NEVER come here. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. my normal nail salon was closed so i came here for acrylics for prom. i got them long and they were gorgeous! the next day FOUR of them broke. i came back and got them fixed that day. within the next 3 days, 3 more broke. went back to get my money back because i paid $60 for trash nails and wanted to go somewhere else to get better ones. 7 nails broken in under a week was shocking because i NEVER break my nails. i broke them doing stuff like opening a door and turning a page in my book. i went to get the money back and the manager was nothing but RUDE. she blamed me for asking for them long and told me they only do natural nails so they made them thin and knew they would break easily. i asked why they wouldnt tell me this and she said its just how they do the nails and wouldnt give me a refund. she went on and on about how its all my fault and i shouldve asked for them shorter and she hasnt had a complaint in 20 years. how about learn to do the nails the customer asks for, and if you cant do it TELL THEM THAT. if youre looking for a good nail salon go to LNM nails in the landing. such great nails AND customer service at LNM, especially compared to this place. get better customer service.

They can not do designs, the women doing my toe nails did tried to do a design 4 times on my big toe and started over every time she messed up, my time was truly wasted , barleys anyone in there was able to communicate with me in English and they were rude, and ended up just giving me my money back

Two of my nails came off within four days. Went back and got them fixed then the other hand lost one nail and my thumb split. You could tell the woman put in a lot of effort but their products are clearly not all that great. Thats never happened in the 15 years Ive been getting acrylics.
