I was just at King Optical and was in a bad situation where I lost my eyeglasses and was helped by a wonderful young lady named Kimberly. I explained that I am having major surgery in a week and needed a replacement. Not only did she help me she went out of her way to make my lenses in an hour and received a discount. I have gone to King optical since the 1960s and it is so refreshing to see such nice people and receive such great service. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I dont usually take the time to write these kinds of reviews unless I have a particularly good or bad experience. Thankfully, this was the former. I walked in with no appointment and asked if they could repair my glasses (that I purchased elsewhere). They said sure no problem. Within about 5 - 7 minutes they were fixed and I was out the door. The best part, they did it for free! I ended up buying an eyeglass case and lens cloth too because their prices were so reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

I have been going to King Optical for years and most recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Kim. She was very patient and answered all questions to my satisfaction!

I went to my regular optician to have the glasses I bought there repaired and they did nothing for me. King Optical performed a minor but necessary repair for me within a half hour, no questions asked. Ill be using them for now on for my vision needs.

The Best Place For My Glasses.

Yes indeed a great place to purchase and repair glasses. Did experience a negativeincident purchased my new glasses late August, after almost 90 day the nose cushion fell off, when I returned for the repair i was charged $5.00I had paid over $300.00 less than 3 months ago. Really thought it should have been a courtesy repair.

Love this place and love the staffs. Everyone genuinely cares about the eyewear and lenses they provide. Even if you have a broken frame that is unrepairable, they try their best to find one suitable to your taste that would fit the lenses! Trust me, I brought in quite a few from my own to my cousins to my students! None of them were disappointed! They actually loved the new frame than their old ones! Thank you guys! You guys are the best.

I am 68 years old and this morning enjoyed the best service I have ever experienced. ANYWHERE. EVER! Id broken a nose pad and got both pads replaced, a brief counseling session and an adjustment from the technician, was in and out in less than 5 minutes and paid a price that was way more than fair. I will never go any where else for either my next pair of glasses, or any other optical services I might need. Amazing!

I cant say enough about the superior customer service at King Optical! They are very efficient, fast and kind. I went in on a Saturday morning to get glasses and they were ready at noontime. Previously I had faxed a contact lens prescription to them on a Friday and they had my lenses on Monday.Their prices cant be beat, either.

My boyfriend came here for glasses because his glasses were broken....he was never seen here before but came here per my recommendation and they were able to take the lenses from his broken glasses and give him brand-new glasses the same day. Everyone is SO nice and willing to help you in anyway they can. Just such a homey atmosphere. Will never go anywhere else. They also sell contacts which are cheaper than most places!

The people at King Optical are always really helpful. Their prices are always better than the franchise places. Go to your eye doctor and get your prescription and bring it to King and theyll tweak it for you and when you leave you see much more clearly.

It Takes 6 weeks to Make A Pair of Glasses & Have Them Ready for the Patient to Pick Up. That IS How Long It Takes, Simple As That... Or So I Thought💭...
