Apparently they only see other Essentia patients. Receptionist was very rude when telling me this in the phone. Who tells someone who is psychiatric distress they cant help them?

My provider is always willing to think outside the box. If you have bipolar disorder, I suggest that you get Dr. Kostas Fountoulakiss book. He writes like a medical engineer. After you peruse it, discuss it with your provider.
