Ron is a great trainer and puts up me with me which is not an easy task at times. Especially when I have ailments that dont make it easy at times. He is flexible with scheduling as well.

This place is simply amazing. Skeptical at first as I had never gone to a personal trainer, a bit worried that I was going to get some meat head with an over inflated ego whod flex muscles in the mirror while little ole me was getting murdered by evil gym gremlins. I was wrong, my trainer Ron is incredible, he tailors my work outs to what I can and cannot do, hes amazing at literally everything in the gym, and especially skillful in decoding the dirty looks I throw him. This place is amazing, clean, very friendly, and your sessions are always worth going I would not consider going anywhere but here.
