I had Lapiplasty bunion correction surgery in March. The procedure was pretty pain-free. I’m back at the gym doing dead lifts and squats as well as walking two and a half miles a day. My entire experience from evaluation through surgery and post op for R foot lapiplasty from Dr. Lisa Limon was excellent. She was thorough in evaluation and explanation about procedure. Communication through her staff in office was on time and appropriate throughout the pre op and post op follow ups. There continued to be excellent assessment of recovery of my foot during rehabilitation time.I am a physical therapist therefore I was able to do my own foot mobilization and rehab program which is integral to success of this procedure. Dr. Limons office educates the patient on the initiation of great toe mobilization and time it is to be started and they are proactive on edema reduction with a compression sock as well as communicating the needs of the foot during recovery.At 4 months post op I was back on skis since the ski boot is a solid nonmobile boot and hiking by 6 months and full scuba diving at 10 months. Due to my bony architecture in my foot not tolerating the implant, I needed to have the tintanium implant removed which I chose to have done a year later. This went extremely smoothly with very short recovery time of a few weeks and since then have been able to quickly return to full active sport status of mountain climbing, skiing, hiking and diving.Prior to the lapiplasty I was to the point with my R foot bunion and related metatarsal instability that I could not do any of these activities much less walk without 5/10 pain. Thanks to Dr. Limon and her superb surgical skills I am now able to do all pain free and have no limitations in doing all these activities I enjoy. I highly recommend her!

I had relatively persistent pain on the “outer-ball” of my left foot.I went to Dr. Lisa Griffith-Limon who diagnosed me with fairly uncommon “Taylor’s bunion”. After initial attempts to alleviate most pain we determined surgery was my best option for long-term relief. My pre and post surgery office visits were very thorough and professional; her entire staff was very helpful as well. Now, I’m in the midst of the recovery process, but everything appears promising.

My bunion is completely gone and I have no pain only after 6 weeks. The scarring and swelling are minimal, as well. I definitely made it a point to do everything she said to do and it paid off big time! After scheduling the same surgery with 4 other podiatrists in the Tampa area and researching the procedure, I’m so glad I cancelled with them all and went with Dr. Lisa!

I had a great experience with Dr. Lisa and staff all during the Covid pandemic. I was scheduled to have toe surgery, and unfortunately my husband fell ill and I had to cancel. I have very high respect for the whole team and I shall revisit them after this pandemic and my husband gets well. Times are tough and now I’m a caregiver for him.

I was treated by Dr Lis for a ingrown toenail and had great results. AlsoDr. treated me over the last nine months for a toe fungus with the bluelight treatment and toe nail solution on toenails. After reading the reviews, I am having exactly the same problem as Heather Mills comments, published two years ago (see previous notes). Customer Service is NONE... First visit, perfect service. Second visit... good luck.... Big trouble to get a copy of our medical report for the insurance. And they are not nice on the phone. In order not to send a copy by email, they say their system doesnt work and thats what they have been telling me since 4 days... cant believe... we pay, no customer service. I have paid CASH and have been ignored. Even if I said that I NEEDED this report FAST for my insurance to allow my next visit, they couldnt care less.... Wonder if Dr. Lisa knows whats going on in front of her office.

Great experience with Limons Foot and Ankle Care. Dr. Lisa took the time to try noninvasive methods to treat the pain in my feet before finally preforming surgery on both of them. After a short recovery period I was back to enjoying walks with my dog and on the beach but without the constant pain in my feet. Go see Drs Shaun and Lisa, you will not regret it.

The only office that offered compassion to us an appointment within one week was Dr. Lisa Limons. Linda and Erica were friendly and very helpful at the front desk. We were escorted by Dr. Limons assistant Alda who took x-rays, blood pressure and helped my husband get situated. Dr. Shaun Limon greeted us and thoroughly explained my husbands x-rays to us and proceeded to trim and treat the affected areas and recommend further treatment including future surgery. Very happy with Mrs Limons and the Lakewood Ranch staff and office.

Dr. Limon (Male) was very nice and thorough. However, awful customer service at front desk and they will not respond when you need your paperwork for insurance. I have been waiting 4 months for a full billing report to submit to BCBS. They (Limons office) say it takes 6-8 weeks from their 3rd party billing system and will contact you when its ready and they dont. All they give you is a little cash register receipt upon payment with no detailed summary. For this reason, because my insurance is expecting me to pay out of pocket unless I get a report from the office I will never go back. It comes back to Blue Cross Blue Shield as undetermined expenses which makes it seem like this is not a credible medical office on paper to the ins. company. The most ridiculous wait period and run around I have ever gotten from a medical office.

People are nice. I went there for the nail fungus laser treatment.I am disappointed in the results. $1300 dollars later had no impact on my nail fungus.

If you want yourtoes butchered this is the man...would never recommend!
