I’ve been using this pharmacy for over a year and I’ve always had pleasant experiences, but WOW - today blew me away. Dr. Allan Karpe immediately caught an error the doctor made on my prescription renewal which could’ve caused a bit of havoc. Both him and technician Valeria worked efficiently and well above and beyond to get the issue straightened out. Dr. Allen Karpe at Rivers Edge Publix Pharmacy is wonderful. He is caring and goes that extra mile to put me at ease and to explain medications (side effects, etc) and vaccinations. There should be more like him!

Let me start by saying I’ve been using Rivers Edge Publix Pharmacy for roughly 2 1/2 years now. When you drive past 3 other Publix’s to get to here you know something is going right. The staff goes above and beyond. Allen is one of the most hard working and friendliest pharmacists there. He makes ordering my prescriptions so much easier. Can’t thank you enough.

Cannot wait to transfer my prescriptions from this location. Was told my medication would be ready only to find after driving 45 minutes that it’s not ready. Also received a math lecture- even though I am 36 years old. Dr Karpe was gone for surgery & the pharmacist has never communicated better with me. He returned very kind but soon was back to very short & smirky. Very frustrating as a patient & someone who is trying to recover from financial distress during covid.

Dr. Allen Karpe is the best pharmacist in town! He is efficient and friendly. He is always willing and able to answer questions about my patients’ medications and potential side effects and to provide us with other medical considerations. Publix has a great resource in Dr. Karpe, as do we as physicians.

I have been shopping at the publix rivers edge for years and did not know about the pharmacy until a few of months ago. I was told I could get a flu shot at the pharmacy so I asked the pharmacist that was working that day about the shot and it has been a great experience since then. Allen the assistant pharmacy manager has been great helping me with all my pharmacy needs. I have used other pharmacies in the past and only been lied to. Allen and his staff have been caring and have always gone out of their way to help me. It’s always a great feeling every time I walk into publix and see the friendly staff at the pharmacy. My wife also changed her prescriptions over to this location. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Thanks Allen for all the great help and friendly service.
