Top notch care for both my mother and later myself as we went through surgery and chemotherapy.

The site is very comfortable and does not look like a hospital.

This place is horrible and unprofessional, do not go there. TONS of other oncologists in FL. New insurance and office called me the day before. Said I didn’t need a referral. I have been a patient there already. Went in said I needed a referral and they would have to reschedule me. I explained they took the entire day off of work for this appointment since it was in the middle of the day and drove a half an hour. So then they had the lady from the office come out with an attitude and explained to me that yes she made a mistake but clearly it’s still stated on my card that I needed referrals. I said I assume since I had been seen there before it was not necessary. However, I informed them I would no longer be a patient there. There are too many other options out there to have to suffer through or experience and people demeaning you.

The staff are nice, friendly and accommodating but the scheduling department needs a lot of training. My appointment time has been screwed so often making me feel disrespected of my time.

Very disappointed with a Physicians Assistant (PA) that gave me incorrect information regarding my condition at the first appointment with her. At my second appointment with the PA she was not prepared and had not read any of the notes about my call to the office regarding a severe reaction to the medication that was prescribed. When I requested to be transferred to the Lakewood Ranch office she failed to complete the referral/transfer paperwork which delayed my treatment. I expected more from a Healthcare Professional.
