The counselor they sent was very unprofessional. Texted instead of calling. Invites herself to eat at our table. Was aleays minimum 30 minutes late. Would text late in evening to try and schedule next day. Did no counseling. Talked about her recovery, her sponsee, her adhd and other clients. After four visits i called to get help. No call back. Counselor texts at 730 pm for next day visit. Explained we had plans. Threatened to tell my insurance i was in noncompliabce??? Called 6x next day. Supervisor kept cutting me off. Blamed me for her eating here. Never once apologized. Seemed annoyed. Had no interest in her texts. I have been with alot of counselors and have never had this experience. Please look for help elsewhere. My child needs help and this was total waste of time. Please stay aeay from this agency.

My sister and her boyfriend have been handed to this place by DCF. They havent come to check on the children in over a week, they never return phone calls and have yet to keep any of their promises. They claim they cannot provide counseling for the mother and child even though it was promised. All in all they seem extremely irresponsible, especially in consideration this is a case involving children they think are potentially in danger.
