I was late to an appointment to see Dr Davis, she left the office and not one person called me. As I was sitting in a traffic jam from and accident I called 15 mins before my appointment to notify them of the situation. The phone forwarded and stated that the office was closed. When I got to the office Jen the girl at the desk made up a lie on the spot claiming that the Dr was called into an emergency and had to go to the hospital. When I asked why nobody called me, she said she did not know why the doctors nurse did not call me. It was a bold face lie. The manager Mary, stated that Jens comment was not true and that the doctor left thinking I was not coming. And offered all the excuses under the sun except the dog ate the appointment book. This office is a circus. AVOID this office like the plague. It’s full of drama and attitude.

We anxiously waited for our appointment and on the day of the appointment we drove 30 minutes to get there, and went in excited, only for the lady at the front desk to hand my insurance card back and say This is the only insurance we do not take. They literally took down all my insurance card information on the phone when I scheduled the appointment! I left in tears, and now we have to reschedule with another OB/GYN thar will likely be booked for another month or more.
