They wont call back. My equipment doesn’t work they just keep harassing me for payment however they are uncaring about the fact that I can’t use the equipment. They told me within 30 days they would exchange it. Apparently that’s a big fat lie

My doctor who I love sent me to them- They are terrible- They get back to you 1 out of 7 calls- Not an exaggeration. The answer service sorry we hear that a lot there is nothing we can do. If you have the same experience please ask your doctors not to use them.

Wish I had read all of the negative reviews before choosing this company for my CPAP needs. I ended up going through a different company because Lincaire could care less if I get a new CPAP machine or not. Customer service is severely lacking, and they processed old test info to reject the order from my Dr. Now I am 2 weeks delayed in getting necessary medical equipment. Stay away...far far away!

Was a patient picked up CPAP from them. Couldnt sleep with it- Called to return it 3 months later. I was told to return everything I received. I asked everything? Was told EVERYTHING- Just like you received it. Be very careful when dealing with them.

This company has bent over backwards to help me get more oxygen at a time when I needed it most. As a snowbird, my primary Lincare provider is up in Ohio, but they have treated me as if I was a lifelong customer. Very responsive, very empathetic, and they have followed up every single time. Wish I could get the same wonderful treatment from the Lincare office up north!!

Great rehab center , you get the best treatment. They treat you like your the only one there . They have helped my breathing greatly. They are very professional and helpful.

Not sure I would give 1 star. Called Wednesday for service of my moms condenser, told someone would be out the next day. Called 3 times Thursday and told at 7:30pm that it would be Friday. Called at 2:30pm Friday and told no service order on file, but someone would be out this evening, by manager Jason. No call, no show! My mother requires 24/7 oxygen and her machine is making a high pitched squeal which keeps us up all night, and she needs the humidifier ordered a month ago for her nose bleeds. Whats your excuse? Formal complaints with corporate will be made first thing in the morning! Horrific service. Liars! You should be ashamed!

Terrible customer service. No return phone calls. 5 phone calls and unable to get CPAP supplies delivered with this company. Never had this issue with American Home Care.

They returned one phone call in the first thirty days. After that they never returned any phone calls. After the first thirty days when I reported a problem or notified of a change in insurance they acted helpless. Ive been trying to buy my device outright and they ignore me. Im giving up on my treatment with them because their incompetence is unbelievable and unlikely to improve.

Lincare in Bradenton is unprofessionally run. You will be delayed in getting the right equipment for your needs. Baycare , a competitor , puts Lincare to shame. I even tried speaking with the manager to advise him about their problems and Todd never called me back. Avoid the frustration and go elsewhere.
