This Dr. listens, has great options and covers all the bases. He spends time explaining and allows your input.

Dr Rodriguez is a good doctor. He cares about his patient and explains things in depth. He has been wonderful with my 87 year old mom. I would highly recommend him.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor! I had only seen him once before and was rushed out the door before I could even ask any questions. This last time I came in with health concerns I’ve been experiencing the last month and he legitimately told me “I don’t know what to tell you.” He didn’t ask any questions about how I was feeling or try to help me in any way. I felt so invalidated and frustrated that he did not even care to help me figure out what is going on that I started to get emotional. He then proceeded with “maybe I should go see a psychologist.” I couldn’t believe it, and will definitely be finding a new physician that actually cares about their patients because he most certainly DOES NOT!

I am very happy with Dr. Rodriguez as my internist. We had a staff communication problem about a Telehealth visit resulting in me missing my appointment. Dr. Rodriguez called me the next day to find out how to remedy the situation. He knows your history when he walks into the exam room. I love his attention to detail.

We were referred to Dr. Rodriquez by two friends. We found the office attractive, the receptionist friendly and the appointment time very punctual. Dr. Rodriquezs assistant was friendly and warm as she took down our individual stats and statements. Dr. Rodriquez was very warm and impressive. He was definitely efficient, but not in a hurried manner. We could feel care and understanding in the briefest of time. As our friends observed, Dr. Rodriquez not only cares about the best medical procedures for us but he cares about us too. We feel like our lives are in caring and very competent hands. We feel at home with Dr. Rodriquez.

I saw Dr. Rodriguez for the first time today and was not impressed. He seemed luke he was in a rush and then told me he cannot be my doctor because I take 2 medications for insomnia and severe scoliosis (no pain meds.). This just seems like basic things a doctor should be able to help with

The staff was polite and knowledgeable. The wait time was very short. I was impressed with how clean everything was. Dr. Rodriguez was very thorough. He listened to my concerns patiently and answered all of my questions. Even though it was a short visit, it didnt feel rushed. I am happy to be with this group.

Dr. Carlos Rodriguez at Pinnacle Medical Group has been my primary doctor for almost twenty years when I first moved to Bradenton. I have stayed with him all these years because I cant imagine finding a more knowledgeable or more caring physician. He has helped both myself and my husband numerous times over the years. I would highly recommend him if youre looking for a good doctor!

Dr Rodriguez has been my primary for more than 10 years. He has been there for me even when I needed help after a motorcycle accident that is not normally covered . He goes above and beyond the call of duty and tells it the way it is. He surrounds himself with great support staff and they are always professional. While I hate going to the doctor at all, he makes it easier. Highly recommended!

I saw Mr Rodriguez today. He did absolutely nothing to help me and would not even hear me out. He brushed me off like I was not even a human being. It was the worst and most upsetting medical experience that Ive ever had. I recommend exhausting any and all other options before meeting with Mr Rodriguez

I have been a patient of Dr Carlos Rodriguez since I moved to Bradenton about six years ago. I can say that he has been a fantastic Doctor in every way. He has the most efficient Doctor’s office that I have ever seen (I am 71.) He has tried and successfully found cures for my health issues. He makes sure I get timely bloodwork and other preventative procedures that are necessary for my continued good health. He has sent me to highly qualified specialists when necessary. He responds quickly to inquiries on my patient portal or phone calls. I don’t know much else to say, but he gets a big thumbs up from me! Thomas Smothers

Dr Rodriguez is one of the best. I thought I would not like anyone after Dr Coco left but I have found my doctors. Caring ,understanding. Will listen to every symptom and even if you give him your own opinion he will take that all in. What a great man and very happy to have him as my family doctor.

The first visit was a dream and I was thrilled to have found a doctor who took the time to do a real physical and setup testing. Many issues were discovered because of this. However, since then, I have basically been ignored with my health issues and was told, very rudely, that if I didnt feel good, then it must be in my head and I should see a Psychiatrist! A month later, and I just spent a week in the hospital, very, very sick. Instead of being listened to, I was ignored and now banned from the practice for not wishing to seek psychiatric help for physical problems. AVOID!

Dr. Carlos Rodriguez is the worst! He is not worth the 1 star I gave him. Anytime I had an appointment with him he never looked at my file prior to walking in the examination room. He could never remember my name or what my ongoing issues were such as my thyroid and liver disease. He would walk in, check my glands, and listen to my heart and lungs, then was back out the door in 3 minutes time. He referred me out to a dozen other doctors whom I think were his personal friends, yet never seemed to remember referring me out to them. He even wrote the referral for me to see a Transplant Hepatologist in Tampa as I have an incurable liver disease. So the next time I saw him I told him I was accepted into the Transplant program at Tampa General Hospital and he just looked at me dumbfounded and said, You have liver disease? I decided right then and there I would never go back to him again. He needs a serious wake-up call from his superiors who are signing his paycheck!

Dr Carlos Rodriguez is a very good Doctor in the Pinnacle building 💕He really cares & is passionate & listens to what you hav to say when your appt. Is with him He gets you in & doesnt keep you waiting but takes his time with you! We would recommend you to see him! We love Our Family Doctor🤒😷🤕😢💞

This dr is amazing, really appreciate everything he has been done for my parents, his friendly personality is a big pluss to his knowledge ,we do not ask for more ,we are very please and thankful.

Ive NEVER been treated so badly! I made my first appointment to see Dr. Rodiguez and waited a month and a half to see him. When I arrived the nurse sat me in a room and very rudly told me he DOES NOT PRESCRIBE medications for pain, sleep, PTSD, psych meds, depression and a few other things I cant remember. She asked to see the medication bottles I had taken with me. She scolded me for having a controlled substance (which was Oxycodone and in its prescribed bottle) and slammed the bottle on the counter. I explained to her that I only take it for break though pain for my arthritis and I will go to a Rheumatologist for my arthritis. She left the room to talk to Dr. Rodriguez about it. When she came back she said he refused to be my doctor. She said it doesnt matter what I take the pills for he wants nothing to do with it. I told her I was there to establish as a new patient as he was listed as a PCP with my insurance. She said we are Internal Med, thats NOT what we are about and looked at me like a street user. I told her I have arthritis and THATS NOT WHAT I AM ABOUT I was told SORRYI have filed a complaint with my insurance company and will discourage everyone I come across to avoid this office. (I work at an area hospital and word of mouth travels fast) Im so appalled at the treatment I received and the doctor who refused to even speak to me and said he wanted nothing to do with me simply because a pain medicine was in my bag of pill bottles. I WAS NOT THERE FOR PAIN MEDS!!! I only took the bottle because I occasionally had to take a strong pain pill for breakthrough pain.

I have been a patient of Carlos since 2004, he makes a personal connection with his patients. My wife an i have sent at least eight of our friends to him.

The worst staf and service. I had to call the Office twice after the visit so that they could call the pharmacy for my pills and not only that they sent me to do quest tests. And I went the first time and they didnt send the orders. I called that same day I left two messages. And there was no answer. I went to the quest the next day and it was the same. Two days of asking for permission at work so that these people do not do their job I regret having chosen this doctor very bad bad service

After the review I did about the bad service, it seems that it bothered them so much that they sent a letter saying that they no longer want to see me anymore, so I should look for another doctor. I hope that at least they give me the result of my analyzes
