Ive been working with Family First Homecare for one year. This is a great organization to work for. They make sure clients and workers needs are worked out. The management is efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. You get to pick your own hours and work with clients from different backgrounds. They offer benefits and in-service training and paycheck is always on time. There is some overtime but there are times when there are not enough hours. It is rewarding to assist the loved ones of the different families.

Family First Homecare is exceptional. My son who is disabled receives full-time nursing care services. The nurses provide great care to my son. The office responds quickly to my needs and listens to what the client would like. I have been very happy with the nurses that have worked on my sons case. I would highly recommend Family First to any family who is looking for nursing services within there home. Our nurses on our case feel like family and thats what I feel that Family first strives to achieve.

I enjoy working for Family First Homecare. The Manatee office values the client and employees equally.Providing care to children with atypical abilities is rewarding and exciting. The training/orientation prior to entering a home is well above average and the instructors are experts in their field, and always available to discuss questions. Hello everyone,I have worked for many companies in the past and yet this is the best by far company to work for. Great staff members who are understandable with your life and work schedule. Leandro Cassiano is hard worker. Who tries his best to help you when things are just crazy. Always tries his best to cover shifts for our wonderful families in need. Health care is super intense but he does it all with a positive attitude and a great smile on his face. Caitlin Jones juggles slot but some how still stays grounded and fights for her team. Great team to with. Stay safe out there.

I am grateful for Leandro Cassiano. He has demonstrated compassionate, courteous and professional behaviors throughout the COVID challenges. He has often been the frontline responder to unpleasant and at times angry displays of anxiety. Throughout this Leandro listens well and remains kind, courteous and composed.I believe Leandro has done an excellent job negotiating conflicts between the varying needs and desires of clients and caregivers. I see he works hard to find acceptable resolutions to problems. He does all this with a reassuring calmness I believe helping clients and caregivers feel valued and cared about is a priority for Leandro.

Have had several caregivers n 98% DONT want to do anything but stay on cell phones... graze all day... make you feel uncomfortable asking for help in your own home.NOT following protection w wearing masks or changing gloves.NO common sense about closing doors on appliances when asked to help get n prepare food.ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE OF USEING MOBILITY SCOOTER EVEN W REPEATED INSTRUCTION!!!!!!They send out unqualified hands on people!!PHOTOS ON SITE ARE STOCK IM SURE BECAUSE THOSE WHO HAVE COME OUT ARE NO WHERE NEAR ANYTHING FAMILY FIRST STATES!!!!!They keep sending INCOMPETENT AIDS!!!EDA ONLY IS AMAZING AND I HAVE HER ONLY 1 DAY A WEEK THE REST>>>>> USELESS NON CARING... NOOOOO EXPERIENCE W HANDS ON!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I’ve had damage to mobility scooter n loss of all my frozen meats in freezer because LACK OF COMMON SENSE TO CLISE FREEZER DOOR!
