I have visited The Village Mystic a couple times and every time i go there I feel so welcome and surrounded by positive energy. The customer service is amazing and the Crystals and gemstones are BEAUTIFUL! I really liked the gemstone mining experience it made me so happy definitely coming back soon!

One of our favorite stores in south florida. Very friendly staff and they follow the CDC guidelines for protection.Parking is a bit odd but when you find a spot there are many places to visit in walking distance.

This store was so nice! I was only visiting Bradenton but next time I go I’m definitely stopping by again the staff was rlly nice and rlly helpful! I did a $25 dollar bucket just to see what it was like for my first time it was really worth it you get all types of raw and tumbled stones some shark teeth and shells but I’m excited to do the $40 one next time!

This is a quaint and homely shop. Though offering many options for our mystical needs, Ive found these nugget buckets. The buckets range in size and price, so for your mining experience, plan your time. Personally, the 25 dollar bucket was the value for us. Id recommend stopping by.

As I was shopping I found out they had kombucha on tap, and I thought it was awesome to have while I shopped around for some gifts. The owner was kind enough to help me find the perfect Moldivite ring! Which they have a great selection of!!All the employees I met were well informed and seemed so passionate about what they were doing.I highly recommend visiting!

Amazing place. Took my 4 year old about a month ago to mine for gems and they do not disappoint. Absolutely a great value. Bought a few stones. Just went back yesterday without the kid so we could spend some adult time and so glad we did. Everyone was amazing to us. In fact Jeff was so kind as to show us the beautiful crystal skulls and other beautiful specimens. It was such a great experience not just shopping but being in the store. Great vibes- great people- great prices! 💜

This place is an absolute gem (no pun intended) in the Bradenton area! highly recommend. the folks working there were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. i would budget, at the minimum, an hour to peruse everything. i ran out of time, which was my fault, but i was able to find dragons blood sage, palo santo, celestite, and a GORGEOUS moldavite ring. walked out feeling a bit heady which is telling of how much energy is radiating in their little shop. will absolutely be back as i grow my crystal collection :)

An amazing store, the smell is amazing, the energy and vibration the crystals give off are out of this world. They offer Kombucha samples, have a crystal garden and do crystal mining. Just went gem mining with the kiddos today and they absolutely loved it. Our large bucket was FULL of amazing goodies!! They found a generous variety of gems, a couple arrow heads, shark teeth, fossils, a beautiful piece of geode!!! The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly! One of my favorite shops in Bradenton! Huge jewelry selection.. excellent spot to find unique gifts. They also have a large selection of candles, incense, tarot cards and books, home decor & one of the most unique selections of crystals and other novelties Ive seen anywhere around. Closest metaphysical type store near Anna Maria Island and well worth the drive. Parking was a bit of an issue..but walking around the area is prob the best way to go since it is in the Village of the Arts where youll find an abundance of unique shops worth going into.

An AWESOME EXPERIENCES always at the Village Mystic, from the fantastic gift shop, Jeffs superb psychic readings, wonderful classes and the Magnificent crystal Dropa Skulls. This is a gateway to the metaphysical realms, right here in our quaint hometown. There is something for everyone! My daughter loves the authentic gem mine, panning for marvelously beautiful stones and the eclectic bookstore. I feel it is a must see for all!

This place is a hidden gem for sure! Not only were the employees so helpful and friendly, the other customers were just the same. Many of us ended up talking to each other like we had been friends for years. I immediately knew this was my new favorite store. The selection was incredible, the prices were fantastic, and the energy or feel of the place was so Zen and Woosah. I also received a healing and reading from Shaman Jeff. I must say, he is truly gifted and I left feeling whole again. I recommend The Village Mystic to everyone.

Went in with husband looking for a gift....was greeted by one of the owners at the front door and then went inside looking for a gift....was promptly asked to leave by the female owner with no explanation why....thats fine plenty of other places that will accept money with better selection.

My partner and I risked a trip to Bradenton from Port Charlotte today despite it being a holiday. Lo and behold we get there and the shop is closed. I stood out front of the shop and took in the local scene while I called to check if they may have just closed for lunch, but I got in touch with the owner and her partner and informed me that they were, in fact, closed. However, she took in to account that we had traveled to get there and was extremely nice and offered to open the shop just for us. She apologized for not being dressed, but she looked fantastic regardless. The shop was quaint and filled with colorful displays and the scented oils and incense perfumed the air and my eyes were open wide to take in all that she had to offer. The owners were extremely gracious and welcoming and offered personal assistance if we needed information on anything. The prices were better than I expected and the offerings were unlike any other shops in my area. If you are looking for something unique or are looking for supplemental things to help you on your life journey I definitely recommend stopping by. I guarantee that once you step in time will fade and youll be lost in all they have to offer. How many businesses will open up for a single customer on a holiday? How many of those will be thankful for your patronage? The owners here know customer service. They know what theyre talking about and are willing to share and educate. I highly recommend this shop and sincerely thank them for making me welcome. Without a doubt I will be making the hour long drive in the future to visit them again (preferably on a day that theyre actually open to the pubic).

What a disappointment. It looked so nice on the web site and we happily got in the car for a 90 mile round trip. Such bad vibes. The owner seemed annoyed to answer any question and was very short with us. We certainly will never return and would not recommend it for anyone.Update: Yes, you did greet us but that was about the extent of your hospitality. Actually we couldnt have cared less about the incense as we have a huge collection ourselves but we would have like a courteous response to our questions. Luckily for us we have several excellent stores in our immediate area so we wont be back.

Gorgeous pieces like I have never seen before, especially the Moldavite jewelry! They also have a huge assortment of cards, candles, incense and unique items that make for awesome gifts like the hand made pottery mugs and local art! The Village Mystic is a gem in Bradenton. Its so great to have a metaphysical shop in our town and the owners are so friendly. I recently visited their shop and they have such a variety I was surprised. One of the owners is a Shaman and the other Dawn is very friendly and accommodating to help you find what you need for whatever occasion. This place is the real deal.

I went to the Village and had a great day and came across what I hoped was a gem of a shop. It was really high energy but the energy felt very uncomfortable and started to make me nauseous. They have a huge selection of stuff but everything felt kind of empty, I was looking for some stones and incense but after picking up many (dead) stones, I decided that maybe I shouldnt by here.The shaman there gave me a very bad feeling, danger Will Robinson, danger! He felt very strong in his energy but seemed forceful and followed me around and made me so uncomfortable, that plus all the weird energy, I decided not to purchase anything and to get out. My intuition said bad stuff goes on here, I will not be back.

A genuine summary of this establishment: When I went to the Mystic, I participated in the gem mining twice which is absolutely worth it for the amount of things you receive when you buy the $40 bucket. However, in the backyard where you mine there are an immense amount of mango trees that are currently in season. The owners lack maintaining the fallen fruit, as it smells rotten and decayed in the area in which you stand to mine. Also, as a customer Im aware that fruit trees can attract mice, bugs, and bats, which makes me personally uncomfortable being surrounded with these rotten mangos at my feet. If youre a practicing witch, or into Hellensim (or Greek reconstruction) you wont find much up your alley. Although, they did have a lot of goodies for someone who is Wiccan or Pegan. The book selection is poor as well. I asked someone working there why this was, and was told that the selection was because of online vendors like Amazon could offer consumers cheaper prices. Im an avid reader, and when purchasing books I prefer to buy in store because I want a book where I can physically browse the pages. I could just go to a book store lmao but still... its a craft, spiritual shop ya know I just expected perhaps just a little more of a selection. The prices on items are a tad much, but to me thats fine because this is still a maintained local business and would be expect to be paying more to contribute to locals in my city. The village mystic is definitely a gem within itself though in Bradenton because they offer a selection of things you wont find around here so easily. The customer service is quite pleasant overall, as well as the owners are always happy to assist you and be kind. If they just did some maintenance in the backyard and perhaps added a different selection, this store would be a 5/5 stars.
