I just want to publicly commend Jackie Alaniz of Authority Insurance for her professional, effective and prompt service on our behalf. Jackie arranged our homeowners insurance very quickly last year at the best available price for our circumstances. When I contacted her this year just prior to renewal, she was able to re-do our homeowners coverage with another carrier at a much improved price and no sacrifice of coverage. She understood our needs completely and took care of everything. I have a fair bit of personal insurance knowledge myself (brokers daughter and career spent at a major property casualty insurer) so I do recognize an insurance professional when I deal with one.
