I have had a long working career and in all those years I have never worked at a place where everyone was so helpful, courteous and always so willing to help. I love working at Trillium and cant wait to see all the great things to come.

Trillium is running premier estates in Nebraska. They still have three on their website but fail to tell everybody they are closing the facilities. My dad lives there, we were given a 60 day notice that we needed to find a new facility. I just got off the phone stating I have until July fifth and they “would like him out”. They also stated he could be forced two to almost seven hours away from me (only family he has in the state). If you are considering moving your family into ANY of trillium run facilities, reconsider. Profit margin matters more than people.

Trillium bought a nursing home I worked for a few years back and an assisted living facility in our same town. This is a town of 4500 people. They’ve since closed the assisted living facility and run the nursing home so far into the ground that they aren’t even allowed to take admissions. All the local staff have quit because conditions are so poor and are now solely staffed by agency nurses. The long term residents are all looking for placement elsewhere.When they bought the nursing home they came in telling administrators and staff they’re simply a consulting group to make suggestions but you’ll maintain control. Ha! They give suggestions and if they’re not heeded, you are either let go or hounded until you’re so miserable that you quit. If this company is touring a building you work at for possible purchase, you had better start planning for your next career move. Good luck!

Clinical consulting team is very good and focused on quality at the bedside. The clinical team provides guidance and are great teachers to the staff members within the Trillium Facilities.
