Dr Fazzary is the best. She is easy to talk to and she listens. Her staff were nice and professional. And I cant say enough about the staff at Manatee Surgery Center. EVERYONE there was friendly and professional. I never felt awkward. The atmosphere was very relaxing..

Dr. Fazzary is a very likeable soft spoken and knowledgeable Doctor. She will listen and ask questions till she completely understands your symptoms. l want is to find a way to live more comfortable with this condition. She is sending me to have appropriate testing to eliminate some things, and get me on the road to finally feeling better.

I had a decent experience in the office, the nurse practioner was very nice and attentive. After exam she said she wanted to get me scheduled for a CT scan as she felt my symptoms warranted one. Four days later and Ive heard nothing from them though Ive called twice and left messages both times, and Ive emailed through the patient portal. Very discouraging since I still dont feel well and need to get treatment.

Had to wait 2 months to be seen. Online check in process took over 20 minutes and office still wasn’t prepared. Got a call one hour before my appointment saying I’d be canceled because jennifer couldn’t verify my insurance. No idea why. I have blue cross/blue shield. She figured it out when I called back and I went in. Waited in exam room for over an hour. Saw Dr for 4 minutes. Not sure why I couldn’t just schedule my colonoscopy over the phone since he didn’t seem the least bit interested in talking with me. Only went there bc he was recommended by my mom who is a nurse and works with him at a surgery center close to myHome. Won’t go back after this test. Will find someone else. Not worth the “convenience “.

Dr. Kocab and Katie are the best doctor and nurse a liver patient could ask for. We’ve successfully got my liver enzymes from five times the normal rate to almost normal with his expertise and guidance. Working on the still a little fatty. Forever thankful.

I never get my prescriptions called correctly. I called 4 times in past 2 weeks. No return. Dr Dawson is great but I always have problems getting my prescriptions.

Just try to relax, and listen carefully to Doctor Caire and his more than capable Staff!

Dr. Kocab is easily one of the finest physicians I have ever consulted in my 70 years. He is extremely knowledgeable not only in GI matters but also in many other specialties. He is also extremely intelligent, accessible, open to questions and friendly. I highly recommend him. He is a rare bird in the medical profession in this day and age!

Online registration made check-in quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.I was taken to the exam room on time, and Dr. Kocab arrived soon thereafter. I’ve seen him three or four times now for various reasons, and he’s always been professional and prepared for the appointments. He makes sure I understand my diagnosis and treatment plan.

On September 23 2020 I had a clinic visit with Dr Mark Kocab, 2 1/2 day after I was hospitalized at Manatee Memorial Hospital for a a non-diagnosed gastrointestinal disorder. He understood my situation well, spent times with clinical history, physical examination and treatment possibilities. Great approach to my problems. He will perform colonoscopy on me 10/26/2020. I do believe the girls behind the front desk were really busy because I was not treated with the best service. I was in their waiting room for an hour and a half before being called back, but there was a computer glitch, so they said. After being seen, My visit was wonderful. The nurse practitioner was very professional.

All the staff are very friendly, in spite of the times we live in. All the guidelines for the covid 19 were followed. Katie the nurse of Dr. Kocab always returns my call and does whatever she can do to assist. Dr kocab is the best!!

The address in Sun City Center , doesn’t exist. I never found it. Spent 30 minutes looking for the address.

No one works there clearly all calls are rudely placed on hold and after 10 minutes of listening to the god awful back ground music you are sent to voicemail and to top it off no one calls back!!

Very positive experience as a new patient. All of the office staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Kocab had a scribe that wrote his notes, so he talked to me directly during the encounter without typing on a computer which I really liked. He was very kind, easy to talk to and he addressed all my concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Kocab and this office to my family, friends or anyone in the community.

This is BY FAR the best experience Ive had with GI doctors, and believe me Ive been everywhere. Ask for Dr. Caire, if I could say one thing its that he truly cares! He takes as long as it takes to get to the problem if there is one, and is not there to pump out patients. Also my ultrasound tech, Scott, called me 30 minutes before my ultrasound to see how I was feeling. Never have I felt in better hands than with Dr. Caire and Scott. If your looking for a professional GI doctor that truly cares about his profession and will do whatever it takes to make you better... then go to Dr. Caire, you will be grateful you did.

This office and doctor fazzary in particular are a joke they do not care about you at all. She has no problem being late my first appointment she was an hour late to and my procedure she was almost 2 hours late for. I understand if there was a medical emergency she was tending to but this was not the case as she told me on both occasions that she just over slept. Very unprofessional, Ive been calling now for a week to get my results and the nurse cant get a hold of her to tell me if I need a follow up or to even read the results. They just want money not to help people. I have never been treated so poorly by a dr or their office staff, if I could give no stars I would! Beware!

I had a procedure done two years ago. I called office to schedule same procedure again as needed. They informed me that because of a $30.00 balance from 2 years ago, I could not be given an appt. with a Dr.. I was shocked that any Drs. office could or even worse ,do that.Time for a new Dr!
