Listens and explains everything thoroughly!I needed to see an endo stat. My OBGYN found a large thyroid nodule and urged me to get an appt. I found Dr. Guerrerro and am so happy I did. She listens and explains everything so well. She doesn’t rush, she is reassuring and she makes you feel like you’re her only patient.I would recommend her to ANYONE needing an endo!

I have now called twice, within normal published business hours. I have been on hold for 10 minutes the first time but hung up after 2 minutes on the second effort. Nobody answers. Voicemail is not enabled. The patient Portal also did not work for the 3 times I tried it. I supposedly have an appointment to review a bone density test on Feb 8th at 8:20. I will not be coming as I am not sure you are in business. If you are, then please change my office visit to a teleconference and hve the courtesy of calling me to advise. Its sad you have to write a review to HOPEFULLY get someones attention.UPDATE: I had a teleconference with Dr. Guerrero rather than an office visit. She was totally professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easily gained my confidence again. I can only conclude that her staff requires training and the discouraging telephone issues are an open issue.
