We got a Yellow Lab puppy on Wednesday, and Will was at our house Thursday afternoon teaching us how to train him. Great insights - gave us drills that we can use to get him to fit in to the family. We have three other older dogs and he helped us with them as well. All of the drills he gave us are actionable and immediately applicable. Our puppy is doing great, is almost completely potty trained, is doing very well on the leash, and is on his way to being a perfect little gentleman. The drills we were taught are fantastic, and led to a lot of Oh wow moments as we realized that we were handling our older dogs totally wrong, and accidentally reinforcing some bad behaviors. We have a 4 1/2 month male miniature poodle pup . Hes super sweet natured and yet, also has displaying increasing assertiveness , challenging and testing us. Hes just been tuning us out with the basic puppy training that wed learned and been practicing with him. . Our daily life was puppy , puppy and more puppy as we tried traditional puppy training techniques to help settle him into our family. Frustration was mounting, big time ! And both of us felt like we had hit a wall, and were getting nowhere. So - I come across Wills website, and reading it through I was really curious , and perked my interest. I gave him a call. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone call, no pressure to use his services either. We just talked about our pup and about how confident he was that we could turn around our little fella and get him settled down into our pack !We are now just 5 days into our new way of training with him, and he is already balancing out, hes so much more calm, and hes now attentive to us ! We have now been taught how to communicate with him as hed expect in his dog pack. Wills teachings are all done with calm and kindness, and have immediately developed respect from the puppy towards us . Were happy, hes happy ! We highly recommend Will to anyone with puppy or dog behavior issues. And, in hind-sight, it would be best to have Will on-board as soon as puppy comes into your home ! Save yourself some frustration. The earlier, the better for both dog as well as owners. I give him 5 stars !

Wills in-depth knowledge of dogs is beyond compare. It only took THREE HOURS of training with Will, and me continuing to follow Wills advice, that my puppy has been a PERFECT puppy. No chewing on furniture or ANYTHING that is not his toys, no jumping, no crazy barking, and absolutely no destructive behavior. He walks nicely by my side without pulling. My puppy was trained by Will when he was 4 months old. He is now 10 months and still behaving beautifully. If this is what youd like your puppy to be like in just 3 hrs, call Will now.

No doubt that Will has a way with dogs, he employs a lot of the strategies seen on Cesar Milans show with a few of his own twists. If youre not already providing discipline, exercise and boundaries with your dog, he can definitely help. However if you have seen the show and are already using the same strategies with consistency and your dog still has issues, you may want to consider a different trainer.

Will is both a lover of dogs and a master teacher. His class, taught in our own home, was well structured with adequate time to both ask questions and practice the skills. I am certain that both our family and our dog will have benefited from his lessons in the years to come. We highly recommend his services.

His advice was completely different from the veterinarians and trainers weve encountered, and worked like a charm. My husband and I hired Will in November 2017 for our German Shepherd puppy. Will came to our home and spent over 2 hours with us, educating us and showing us techniques to help train our puppy. We contacted him several months ago and were quoted $850. We couldn’t afford that at that time. We hired Will Thomas Dog Whisperer because we wanted to introduce our male dog to a female dog that we wanted to adopt. Our male was agressive toward other dogs and we didnt know how to change that.
