Cynthia Spencer NP and her assistant Ashley were very efficient and competent. They communicated well about what procedures were being performed. Ms. Spencer answered all my questions in understandable terms.

Alexis is amazing. The best experience I could ever imagine when it comes to laser hair removal, waxing, and overall care. Alexis cares for you and your body as if she was caring for herself, and that is the HIGHEST level of care. Highly recommend!

She was completely transparent with me about everything I wanted to know, and it was so reassuring to know that the person I was with was informed and I was in the right hands. Because of this, I didn’t feel the usual anxiety I tend to feel when I’m in a Dr.’s chair - and my results are absolutely fabulous thanks to her careful and thoughtful application!
