It use to be a great place to bank but now. You cant even go inside they are behind a glass. So whats the problem. Hell they more staff then most places. Its getting very frustrating, they dont give you the help you need over the phone so what do we do. Change bank i guess.

I got a auto loan from them. They are all not on the same page. Someone tells me something and someone else tells me another. Save your money and go elsewhere. I paid back to 15k and she tells me there’s nothing we can do because I tried to get me a second vehicle and I fully paid the first vehicle no late payments no missed payments etc. Customer service also is bad. I won’t be going back.

I have never had a problem with this credit union. I have always had a pleasant experience whether I have gone inside or drive thru. They have been most helpful in all situations.

This place is the absolute worst. The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Basically told me I was SOL after the hurricane last year when I inquired about an extension because we left town and was out of work for 2 weeks. Mike their collections manager even told me to steal the money if I had to! Forget about making online payments because nobody that works there has the brain capacity to inform their customers on how to do anything online.Oh and their computer systems are dated back to late 80s early 90s with wires hanging out of everywhere. I’d honestly feel safer keeping my money stashed on my front porch next to a big neon sign that says money right here.

Im having a problem with a teller lady that was suppose to deposit fund on my members access card! Now mind you it also takes about 20/30 before I get an email cinfirmation! But so far its been 28 hours an still no money on my card! REALLY! ! Ive never had a problem with this bank until NOW!

Communication and customer service is terrible. I had an issue with my car loan and it was difficult to find someone that was willing to discuss the issue and answer my questions. They also have a problem returning phone calls. If you are looking for a car loan go somewhere else.Website also is not very user friendly for those with loans only.I called to speak to the Manager about the issue, who apparently delegated the follow up to the same person who does not return phone calls i spoke to him once with unsatisfactory results. Since then I have left several messages asking specific questions about the loan - no return calls of course. Isnt communication supposed to be a cornerstone of customer service for a bank or Credit Union?

Rude! I had to come in to leave a check for a car payment that took 2 seconds to drop off. It took them longer to send it back through the drive through. Ridiculous policy to not allow payments there.

Horrible Service... 1 teller and long line during prime transaction period noon on a friday. You would think they would plan for busy times, but no!
